At Bridal Expos and online, you usually get bombarded with the chain Menswear places to do your business with for your wedding day (like I did). The styles at these places were bland and I wanted something different. I stumbled upon Sam Michael's and from my first visit (of probably 5 or 6 in total), I was hooked! Walking in here for the first time, I didn't know what to expected. I explained that I was getting married, and 8 groomsmen and 2 parents that needed suits. I was sat down and shown all of my different rental options, which included suits, tuxes, pants, ties, shoes and other accessories. So many decisions, but I was granted the ability to stay there and think carefully, but also explained to that I can change it as many times as I want up to a month or so before the wedding date. Attached are some pictures of the suit I picked for myself and my groomsmen. It was a brand new suit in their inventory that they personally owned, as well as the color choice for my accents (pocket square and tie). Michael and team were very professional through the entire process. We had multiple texts and phone calls back and forth during my moving of our wedding date as well as when my accent color was discontinued. After the wedding was all said and done, I was granted a $500 shopping spree on a suit set of my choice. That was really exciting and I got a nice blue, checkered patterned suit. Initially the suit was advertised to me as "slightly more expensive" but better quality and service than competitors. After we allocated our wedding finances after we got married, at Sam Michael's, I actually spent LESS than what I budgeted and LESS than a competitor I was initially going to go with. Totally worth it here! Thank you Mike and team for everything! I felt like family every time I walked in. No errors or resizing for any of us during our pick ups.

He was rude and said the register price would be the correct one. He was rude and condescending. They didn't bother to check all the other hoodies that were the same ones that I originally wanted to purchase. The female cashier was very polite. However due to the attitude of the male employee, I will never go back. I was not the one that made the error. The price tag on the hoodie was attached. Not a good experience at all. Try someplace else. Watch your total on your purchases at this location. They don't care.

She picked out which style of suit would look best on his physique and she was 100% correct. we didn't even realize there were different "fits" of suits. She helped us with the colors, the fabrics, the patterns- we would not have been able to pick out what she did on our own. Kyra came in for her shift toward the end of our experience annd also helped us with her opinion and picked his tie. She was also absolutely wonderful. Our experience was seamless , my husband stated it took a lot less time than he thought it would. i'm sure the rest of the staff is great, but we would definitely make sure Jessica and Kyra were there if we had to go back again! you could tell that Jessica and Kyra were extremely knowledgeable about their jobs and also enjoyed helping to make sure that someone looked the best that they could. After walking into the shop, we were promptly greeted and made to feel welcome. After a few temporary tweeks to the jacket, the tux looked 100% better. There was a $100 charge for temporary alterations and pressing, but if you have a position of honor at a gathering the right fitting suit is worth a million bucks. After talking to a few men(its family owned/operated) we learned that they do fast alterations and everyone is super stylish. Added bonus: they're making and donating face masks to slow the spread of Covid-19.

The prices are reasonable. They have tops starting at $5. I purchased two tops for $5 and a pair of sandals with rhinestones for $15.99. Some of the styles are out there. It's not everyone's cup of tea. The workers were nice and helped me find what I was looking for. They don't have dressing rooms for you to try on, so you're just going to have to eyeball it.
