The prices are reasonable. They have tops starting at $5. I purchased two tops for $5 and a pair of sandals with rhinestones for $15.99. Some of the styles are out there. It's not everyone's cup of tea. The workers were nice and helped me find what I was looking for. They don't have dressing rooms for you to try on, so you're just going to have to eyeball it.

The price on the ticket attached to the hoodie was 56.99. When I was cashing out the cashier and I noticed immediately that the total was too high. She asked a co-worker about it. He was rude and said the register price would be the correct one. He was rude and condescending. They didn't bother to check all the other hoodies that were the same ones that I originally wanted to purchase. The female cashier was very polite. However due to the attitude of the male employee, I will never go back. I was not the one that made the error. The price tag on the hoodie was attached. Not a good experience at all. Try someplace else. Watch your total on your purchases at this location. They don't care.

Then I spotted the wall of tulle and a ton of dresses that would work perfect for an 80's party I am going to next month. It was a Saturday at 6:45pm and they closed at 7:00pm. Working retail previously myself, I didn't want to make Toni stay late. I hurried and tried about 5 different dresses on. One stuck out as a winner, just is just barely didn't fit. Toni took down my information, the dress information, and assured me they would call the supplier in California on Monday to find out if it could be special ordered in my size. Monday I got a call from Megan from the store following up from the previous weekend. They were on top of it, which I truly appreciate! I feel like I usually have to call a place 7 or 8 times to remind them. Megan let me know that the dress was available, and went ahead and ordered it for me. I just got another call from Megan this afternoon letting me know the dress arrived earlier than anticipated, and is ready for pick-up! I am so happy that: a) I found a dress for my party, b) they were willing to work with me to get it ordered on time, c) had a great experience, and d) they went above and beyond for me. Megan was even sweet enough to take a picture of the dress and text it to me so I had a visual while shopping for accessories to go with it :) THANK YOU AGAIN GIRLS! But, my daughter in law did not know what cato was so I was going to show her quickly and then we would come back another day. So we barely step in and the older lady with the dyed red hair says, " We close in 5 minutes". I replied, "Okay, "Thank you". I tell my daughter in law and her friend, so this is Cato. The Woman behind the counter stops waiting on her customer and makes a beeline towards us and says, "like, unless you can just grab something off a rack and bring it straight to the counter and check out... I am closing the store!!!!". She said it so rude, she was obviously upset that we had the audacity to open the door. I had no intention of keeping her past her time. I have worked in retail, I know what it is like when a customer comes in last minute and keeps you pay your time. However, I never ever told a customer that they were not welcome in my store during official business hours. She needs a stern talking to on how to respectfully treat people.
