    Quietest and least dense department store here. Not many folks inside. They carry Brooks Brother brand but not much appealing items. Fun pandemic or party cocktails all over, it's a thing during the pandemic. A decent department store, they do carry some different brands from the usual departments. Haven't seen Brooks at other department stores before. They do have some unique brands and offerings.

    I needed to get my son a winter coat. The selection is well edited and the service was excellent. The music and atmosphere was pleasant.

    They did not carry what we were looking for as they have recently discontinued it…read more That being said, they directed us right to where we could find it in the mall. We returned to thank them. They still got our business, we bought a couple of sale T-shirts for my husband (4.99!) as well as a couple of pair of inserts for his new shoes. This is not to drag the store, as I have shopped here frequently and worked with many kind, friendly employees but rather one racist manager in particular. I came to this footlocker to return a pair of timberland shoes I had purchased for my boyfriend. I had bought them 4 days ago at the store in Okemos but my boyfriend decided he wanted a different pair. They sat in my car since the day I bought them. MICHELLE, the manager, provided me with the most degrading, rude, condescending service I have ever received at any place of business. The first associate who helped me was incredibly polite and friendly. He looked at the shoes and was going to return them, as they were unworn, in original packaging, and I had the receipt. Michelle, the manager, asked her associate to help her because she did not know how to do something and the associate helped her while Michelle took over the return. Michelle did not say one word to me as she took over my transaction and inspected the boots again. At that moment, another man came to do a return. She stopped helping me without saying anything to me and went to help him. While she had not even acknowledged me, she smiled at him and her demeanor changed from cold and rude to friendly and welcoming. She completed his return (without inspecting his shoes) even though she was already working with me. When she finished with him she told me she would NOT accept my return because they had been worn. The shoes had been sitting in the box since I purchased them as my boyfriend was out of town. I explained this to her and asked how they were worn and why she was denying the return, even though they were in factory condition in the box with the receipt. She told me they had been polished. Now I also work in retail and sell Timberland boots and I explained to her and pointed out every aspect of the shoes and how they were unworn and asked her if she could please explain and point out how they were worn. She then tried to accuse me of being sneaky and fraudulent as "someone called looking for these earlier". I would understand if they were sale shoes that would've been marked down further after return, but they were full price shoes which would be of no benefit to me as they could be resold for full price. I told her I had no idea what she was talking about and to explain what they even had to do with my return. She would not tell me or explain to me and told me she was done talking to me. I asked for the corporate number, she gave it to me, and walked away from me to help other customers who walked into the store. I called the number she gave me, and it was not the right number for their corporate office. Frustrated and unhappy, I took the shoes to Champs, knowing they are owned by the same parent company wondering if I could return them there. The manager and the associates there all agreed that the boots were in factory condition and were completely unworn and that there should be no issues with the return. The manager there advised me to go back to that footlocker and call corporate while in the store, and he gave me the correct number for the corporate office. After going back to the store, I tried again to have her explain to me why she was denying my return, especially since her associate had already inspected them and was in the middle of returning them before she took over. She told me again she was done talking to me and would not help me in anyway. In fact, she put her hands on the register and turned her head away from me and stared off into space, blatantly ignoring me as I spoke to her. I work in customer service myself and never have I ever raised my voice at an employee but I was beyond frustrated, angry, and disrespected and I will say I did raise my voice. She continued to ignore me and went to help other customers who walked in the store, smiling and happy. I gave up and left. My boyfriend brought the boots back the next day and she returned them for him without a problem. I am an Asian woman, Michelle was African American, my boyfriend is African American, the customer she did the return for while helping me was African American, and the other customers she helped with a smile were African American. The fact that she returned the shoes the next day to my boyfriend further proves the reason she would not return the shoes for me was racially motivated. Even if she had just not returned the shoes I would've been upset but the way she treated me was embarrassing and disrespectful and after reading reviews, I've seen she's done this to others. I'm shocked she still works here and is still a manager, as I've never encounter a manager at any establishment as awful as her.

    We had a terrible experience at this target. We witnessed a shipt shopper ask an employee for…read moredirections on where to find an item and she very rudely said "I'm not gonna do your shopping for you" to this man. He was super polite too, but she was so rude. We then went on to say how rude that was because he simply asked for help finding an item that she was quite literally stocking at the time. And when we pointed out that it was rude, she said "that's his second time asking me to help him find something" to which we said that that shouldn't matter. This man was NOT asking her for anything other than help finding an item in the area he had been looking for it in. Then after we had been talking to her, another employee came up and they were obviously talking about us because they got quiet and said "let's go over there". The woman who worked at Target was lying about the whole situation and this man was really polite and non confrontational. It was really disappointing to say the least and the way the other employees were acting was so unprofessional. I know nothing will be done about this situation if I talked to a manager which is also disappointing, but still thought I'd share my encounter. The employee's name is Michelle. Very rude.

Have had zero copay of three of the generic version of them for more than 2 decades, using Meijer - Walgreens - Walmart in three states. On my ONLY refills at Target ( in February ) the copays jumped. Using my BCBS reports, CVS's inital cost for the meds were 4.98% - 11.25 % and 19.75 % higher than Meijer's initial cost. Really strange when I leaned that CVS owned the PBM!! Moved my meds and ALL my business back to Meijer. They are stealing from senior citizens
