Be kind to cash customers. It's crazy how hard it is to spend money. They make you wait in longer lines. It's gross

This is my favorite target. Always have everything that I need and just a great place as well to browse. Love the Starbucks in here as well.

This store needs such improvement on both stock and employee attitudes. As a Shipt shopper, I frequently have to shop this store for my customers. Each time I do, I can expect for there to be out of stock items and lack of employee help. It amazes me when I walk through the store and smile at the employees yet rarely get a smile back. If I don't acknowledge them, they don't acknowledge me. It's really seems to be an unhappy work environment. And this effects the work ethnic of the employees. I do not shop this store for my own me needs due to the reasons stated above. read more

So I purchased a 75" on a great sale. Upon opening and plugging the tv up it was broken. I asked target customer service to compensate me they said they couldn't and only can offer a refund! This is so wrong on so many levels. I stay 45 mins away I had to pay someone to bring me to get it and now I have to pay someone to take me to return it! Just to not have a tv in the end. I asked can they swap me somethg similar or price match me and give me another brand for that size and price. Nothing worse experience ever! read more

I love this Target and I always have. Everyone is so polite and helpful. The store, as well as the bathrooms are organized and clean. They just added a Starbucks and a new Curvy section to the store. Love!!! It's even more amazing now. read more

Horrible experience . I went to the bathroom and it was very unclean especially under the circumstances of the Covid measures. There was pee and poop everywhere in every stall. It smelt horrible . I told an employee and I checked back later and it was still there. read more

Target is Target. You know what they do and already like it or not. I am only writing this to give a shout out to the Pharmacy folks there, Mary Beth in particular. She is always cheerful and helpful. Last night she even offered to check out the groceries we picked up while waiting for the prescription to be filled. The only thing keeping this from being a five star review is the service counter. We spend THOUSANDS of dollars in this store per year, but heaven forbid we try anything more complicated than a single item cash return. Impassive at best and snotty and suspicious at times, there is one person there in particular that we avoid at nearly all costs. At least the great daytime manager is usually there to straighten her out when she messes with us... read more

I've been using the curbside at this Target way to often then I should. Haaha However, I have to say it's been pretty awesome. The curbside id do easy & fast, The staff that bring the items out to me have all been are very nice. I just thought this should be acknowledged. read more

This is the greatest Target I've ever been in. It's really bright and has a small staged area. Their clearance items are better and cheaper than other locations. Parking is ample and shares a lot with JC Penneys, bonus! The selection of items even seemed to be better. In the future we will travel a little further to feel a little nicer. read more

I am a senior citizen with disabilities and it is difficult to shop inside of stores. Many times electric scooters are not available or sufficiently charged. I have found curbside to be a godsend, especially at Target. If I use the app to indicate I am on my way, often my purchases are being brought out upon my arrival. Unbelievable. I hope this service never ends. I rarely shopped at Target prior to the pandemic, but after finding out about their curbside, it is always my first choice, regardless of which location I have to drive to. read more

On a day where I found myself traveling to the Detroit area for a business meeting On a day where I realized at the airport gate that I woefully underpacked, forgetting not only my portfolio, but also a damn dress shirt to wear to my meeting On a day where every other similar store was closed early for Memorial Day On a day where I was sweating bullets and not sure how this would all play out It was you, Target of Ford Road in Canton MI, who remained open until 11PM; long enough for me to drive there on my way to the hotel and purchase everything that I needed - all in a clean, friendly atmosphere that I've come to expect from Target stores. Horrible experience at this target. employees are rude. And a lady kicked me out of the store for simply asking why I wasn't allowed to record a video on my phone inside the store. It's 2020 who doesn't use their phone? (I wasn't even recording a person) She then told every else that worked there to not talk to me that she's kicked me out of the store.. I stood there calmly while everyone was afraid to look at me like I was a crazy person causing a scene... When I did NOTHING at all. I feel this women is on some sort of power trip and just likes to tell people to leave the store if anyone questions her. This target is a joke. I come in all the time and I swear I will NEVER be back! They said at the door that their power was out but it was okay to still come in and shop!? Anyways I went inside to look for something for a family member and was using my phone to send a video of the item to see if she wanted it. Then stomped by "Tiffany". The rudest employee I've ever met. She actually yelled at me?! She said that I couldn't use my phone to send a video. I was trying to explain to her why I was filming the item I might of purchased if she wasn't so rude. Well she refused to listen to me and told me to leave the store?!!!! Are you kidding me?? She was the most unprofessional, ignorant woman I have ever met in my life.!!! I think target needs to give Tiffany a class on customer service! Truly the worst service I have ever encountered in my opinion. I was attempting to work the baby registry when an employee came up to assist. I explained I needed the registry of items not purchased, she hit a button and printed off 10 sheets, only two were items needed to be purchased. I then went searching for the items, stood in an incredibly long line. I explained to the cashier I wanted the items removed from the registry so the couple wouldn't receive doubles. The cashier said, "You didn't print the Barcodes"! I said, "I didn't print anything, that girl did," ( she was the manager of the day). The manager of the day ran over and stated, "The machine made the error, not me, BUT the cashier is printing off a gift receipt, so if the couple gets two, they can come in and get what they really want". I said, " They wanted these items' The manager of the day then said, "I will not have you YELl at me or my cashier, I am asking you to leave MY STORE NOW!" Because I questioned her and her lack of ability to get the job done correctly? She had one job and did it WRONG! The lines were LONG under her supervision and she kicks people out for wanting the job done correctly. I returned the ENTIRE order $84.04 worth and WILL NEVER walk in a Target again! Good Target. Consistent. Helpful staff. There is an Indian lady who often works at the checkouts and she is helpful. All of the store staff is helpful. 5% discount with Red Card is the way to go. Store is clean, easily navigable. There is always good selection in the clearance sections. The only inaccuracy I have noted at this store is that sometimes sale stickers are misplaced. Not really an issue, though. I recommend this Target store. read more

This target was recently remodeled. They added in a few self scan check outs. Store is always clean but at times, they will not have enough cashiers for the volume of customers. read more

Just found out that Target is open until 11:00 on Christmas Eve! I feel this is outrageous! Your employees deserve to be with their families, not working until 11:00. I can't think of another retailer who is open that late. Target should be ashamed of themselves! You are only open for the procrastinators and that is totally unfair to your employees! Amazing selection and well stocked back to school section. Prices were very cheap for quality products. The service was great as the manager greeted us as we entered the store. Good quick food for while shopping. All in all it was a great shopping center. read more

This review is ONLY about the small cafe that Target has. I was completely unhappy with how dirty it is. My daughter wanted to have a pretzel while we shopped and when I entered the cafe I was mortified! The floor was littered with garbage the tables were all really dirty and the soda machine literally had fruit flies flying around it. Every thing from the napkin holder to the display that had the pretzels presented were sticky,dusty and just plain dirty. I have worked in the food and beverage industry for a long time and I have never witnessed a place that serves food so neglected. I obviously told my daughter we would not be getting food there so I bought a water bottle from the cooler and went to pay. When I saw that the filth also extended behind the counter and the place where food is prepared was also super gross I really was so surprised. How can Target let this happen . I am not just being picky, like I said I work in the food and bev industry and I know places get messy but this was really dirty and obviously it has not been cleaned in a very long time. Please be aware and look at the cleanliness of this place before you order food they prepare. read more
