They carry a lot of Kelly & Katie flats and heels and I am big into them since they feel and fit so comfortably. Bought some AK's that were super comfy. Been adhering to the rule of only purchasing shoes that fit at first try and walk. I found 3 pairs and for $143, not bad since I go through flats every year. Didn't have the silver metallic flats with no embellishment but the AK would take me far in the office for now. Loving the calf hair black/brown and cream flats, goes with tons of things, much better than the Dr. Scholl's leopard print I bought a while back. I think I buy about 3/4 of my shoe collection from DSW, the rest from boutique shops as I prefer unique wears when possible. Would have been better if I had more than a $5 coupon, oh well, there aren't usually many good coupons that I can use when I find a pair of shoes it would seem.

All tags were on the items, was told I could not get a refund, store credit only, as they were gifts?? What??? I then said, she paid cash, was told, well, we don't have cash in the store. Here is the receipt. I was told by Diane (that sold her the items) that she did not recall the purchase and obviously did not mention a gift receipt. Crappy store policy not to honor their return policy. The owner did come out and state, only an exchange. Horrible policy! The sales gal was trying to help me and make conversation, and was nice. I was also told, wow, we usually do not do exchanges. If you are a small business owner, honor your policies.

They were VERY hesitant and acted cold as though doing ME a favor. I was told I can be granted an exchange. I asked why I could not receive a refund and was told they didn't know why. So I asked for a store credit as I was pressed for time - then again the clerk went back to the nameless, faceless person in the back who had to grant permission for a store credit (yes, really). I do not recommend any merchant who does not take care of their customers when a purchase doesn't work out.

There's definitely a variety of unique styles. The prices are above the average, but the quality of the clothes seemed really good. An African American female employee ended up coming to me asking how she could help. We looked at multiple outfits trying to find the style I preferred. I tried on a couple of things in the fitting room and I ended up finding the perfect outfit plus more. She was so patient and helpful. The manager of the store checked me out and was very pleasant as well. I'm sure I'll be back here again to shop for more unique outfit for upcoming events.

I will never patronize this store again nor spend another dollar of my hard-earned money at this Store. The customer service by the Male Owner manager whatever he is was beyond Rude and Horrible. My husband was there the day before and advised he was rude to the girls working there. They do have a No exchange or refund policy but would not allow us to use the changing rooms after I just saw a man try on a pair of pants. He then said he didn't have time to clean them that's why they were closed? So the wonderful women very kind came out from in back of the register to clean one so we could try on a pair of pants. Normally I would have walked out and would have kept my money. My son wanted these clothes. we got the few items and when checking out I told him he could have handled it differently instead of being so rude. He said I could have returned them in 3 days if still had tags. The only place that is posted is at the register. He could have mentioned that also. Shopping during the holidays SUCKS. There is no denying that. We stopped in around noon on a Saturday. Not many people in the store. In theory this would be great .... if someone was actually working that department. So we waited .... and waited .... and waited. Five minutes past and still no one came to help us. At this point I contemplated crawling under the door to unlock it. JOY! I see an employee walking towards the fitting room. She walks into the fitting room section .... And just ignores the two of us waiting to try on clothes. Does she not see us there? How could you not see us? I thought it was a joke. She doesn't even look our way and instead walks out to help someone else with a fitting room. At this point I am highly annoyed. Needless to say we walked out without making a purchase.
