I really like T-Mobile are obviously I wouldn't be with them for as long as I have. I will be getting a new phone from them but that's when the REAL test takes place . I had an amazing thing happen to my wife and I during my trip to tmobile in12 oaks mall. We experience the best costumer service a person can have. Daven and Marisa were very helpful and very patient with us due to upgrading my phone. They said they would want me to walk out as a happy customer, which we were . They went over and beyond , which is hard nowadays. BTW they help me get a galaxy note 20 which was the best decision in my life. Thanks guys for making this easy and a fast upgrade. I purchased a new unlocked phone from Amazon but was a bit confused about moving the SIM and picture card. Two ladies at the store were very helpful, had the card moved and phone working in seconds. I also had a picture card in the old phone that was stuck. One of the ladies worked on it diligently until she got it unstock and moved to my new phone. All works perfectly. Overall very pleased with T-Mobile. Coverage used to be iffy in rural areas, but now generally works very well. Good value plans. I like being able to travel with the phone working in Europe. read more

Service in the last year has been a HUGE improvement get coverage all over the state. T-mobile rollover minutes rock too, and the binge on, awesome, I hardly go over my data anymore, there's just so many nice perks, oh and yeah they gave us free MLB at bat service too.
