I saw a commercial for the new 16 for new and existing customers. I'm a 20+ year Sprint/T-Mobile…read morecustomer. Needed an upgrade. I called 611, talked to "J" and was told I was eligible for: -$800 credit towards new 16 pro. -Can get in store or online -I'd have to pay taxes on phone When I got to store, they expected me to change my plan. Um. What? Nowhere in the commercial did it say anything about plans! Nor did 'J' mention me having to upgrade my plan. And to say I was eligible meant he had to check my plan. I was told by one of the 611 agents, "That's why you call customer service". I did!! I've now called 611 four more times and I get the same answer. Seems like T-Mobile doesn't want to honor what their employee discussed with me, that the promotion I saw on TV doesn't apply with the plan I have even though the first person I spoke to ('J') said I qualified, after he checked my plan, for the $800 credit. They don't want to give me what their customer service person said I was entitled to. One thing about me is I take notes!! Times, dates, people I talk with, how long on the call, and what they said! I'm a note taker. A supervisor at T-Mobile gave a $50 credit on my account. I told him it should be an $800 credit as that's what 'J' said my credit towards a new phone was, verified and approved! After today's calls, I'm convinced T-Mobile is unwilling to make this right. How they have treated me is dreadful. I believe they're trying to make me out to be the bad guy. I'm not. I JUST WANT WHAT I WAS TOLD I COULD GET. NOTHING LESS. NOTHING MORE!

Worst Customer Service. Worst Internet Service. Horribly Managed Company. DO NOT BELIEVE…read moreANYTHING THE SALES REPS TELL YOU. I have been tricked big-time into getting "Faster Internet Service" through these scam artists. I was told that my internet would be twice as fast as my previous internet... and it turns out it is three times as slow. The kickers? I am locked into a 3 year contract that I cannot get out of, I am paying $350 a month vs the $150 I was paying for faster internet, and finally I am not forced to buy another internet service and just use this for our VOIP lines. So not only do I have to pay for another internet, I have to do this for three years. They have given us nothing but trouble since we started, never return our multiple calls or emails. The second we signed the contract, everything changed and they left us for dead. This company company has an excellent sales force... and thats about it. Nothing to back them up. Never ever ever will do business again with this $10,000 mistake

Cbeyond may be the single worst company on the planet. We signed up to try to improve our internet…read morevisibility, only to find out that they are primarily a telephone company. In less than three months we wanted to cancel the service and we were told that we would have to pay $14,000 to get out of our contract, or the full amount of the term. We are a upstart company, and the price was significantly more than we could afford for what they actually did. The call clarity of the phone calls is a joke, and internet speed is incredibly slow. We have been told on multiple occasions that they would be happy to double our internet speed, with no help to call clarity, for an additional $250 a month. Another fun part, is trying to get a hold of the customer support line. I am typically on hold for 45 minutes. If these people contact you, run.
