My experience for what it is worth. They took $100 upfront for bench fee and promised to hear back…read morein 2 weeks. Well, after 4 weeks, I called and they finally did provide a quote for the repair of my previously working deck, specifying the repairs & calibration, that completing them would be straight forward, and that my deck would be ready for pick up in about 2 weeks. Well, after, almost 3.5 weeks of waiting, I called to check in. They explicitly said, "Oh I was meaning to let you know. We can't fix your deck anymore. We ordered a wrong part and can't find the correct one, and now can't fix it. We're sorry you brought us a deck that is in too poor of condition to be fixed. You can use the $100 toward buying a another product in the store". This is a nightmare. I feel blindsided and cheated.
