But the man in the store lured me into buying 2 chargers for 14$ which isn't a bad price, but it was literally like handing a random man 89$ dollars for nothing in return.. 75$ for the repair of my iPad and 14$ for the chargers. Anyways, the wait time was about 3hours and i had my hopes up for these people because my charging port was lose. I came back there just to see the lady walking around helping other people with my screen and wires to my ipad hanging around!? In the end, this store did not help at all and my port still lose.. a waste of money! I have been tricked big-time into getting "Faster Internet Service" through these scam artists. I was told that my internet would be twice as fast as my previous internet... and it turns out it is three times as slow. The kickers? I am locked into a 3 year contract that I cannot get out of, I am paying $350 a month vs the $150 I was paying for faster internet, and finally I am not forced to buy another internet service and just use this for our VOIP lines. So not only do I have to pay for another internet, I have to do this for three years. They have given us nothing but trouble since we started, never return our multiple calls or emails. The second we signed the contract, everything changed and they left us for dead. This company company has an excellent sales force... and thats about it. Nothing to back them up. In less than three months we wanted to cancel the service and we were told that we would have to pay $14,000 to get out of our contract, or the full amount of the term. We are a upstart company, and the price was significantly more than we could afford for what they actually did. The call clarity of the phone calls is a joke, and internet speed is incredibly slow. We have been told on multiple occasions that they would be happy to double our internet speed, with no help to call clarity, for an additional $250 a month. Another fun part, is trying to get a hold of the customer support line. I am typically on hold for 45 minutes. If these people contact you, run.
