A quick phone call confirmed the screen was in stock, and produced an estimate for the price of the job and how long it would take. Drop off was a breeze. The shop was clean and professional looking. As was the fellow behind the desk. The repair took just a little longer than promised, about three hours versus two, but that was no biggie. $140 for the whole thing was worth it for my kiddo to have a phone that looked as good as new... without the hassle of setting up a new phone.

Matthew at the Ann Arbor store location helped us achieve all the items on our checklist to set up new pin, auto pay, add authorized users, change contact info. The Verizon employee also added a veterans discount which wasn't on the plan before. My father showed his VA card or you can show if it's on your driver's license. Getting a new pin set up is free. But there is a $30 fee if you have them assist with all that we have mentioned above. It was worth it as the process can take longer w senior citizens. Mike Horning, my verizon representative was very friendly and helpful. I preordered an iPhone 6, and missed not one, but two pick up meetings (my fault, not theirs). When I was held up at work and missed the second meeting by over an hour, Mike drove all the way back to the store to make sure I got my phone that day and was professional and friendly the entire time. He was very knowledgable about every option, offering advice, but never pushing me to purchase things I was not interested in. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this verizon store and Mike Horning for future purchases.
