Good luck getting that teacher discount, or ANY of the discounts they promised you. You can call a dozen times and go to every Verizon store in two cities- you won't get any help....Have Fun!!

I would get all these offers from other companies, but Verizon would come close to the offer, so I would stay with them. I went into the Verizon store and, they said they were sorry, but they could not match Sprints offer. so I switched. I notified Verizon in September that I had switched services. I should have had a credit for the part of September that I had already paid for. Then I was charged the entire fee in October (I had autopay, so they took it out of my checking account), so I called them. They said I would get a refund. Then I receive another bill for November for another $80. When I called they said I owed them another cycle and Zavier (Verizon representative) listed about 10 different fees that I owed. I cannot believe this! How can they bill me for stopping service? I haven't had services with them for over 6 weeks, but fees keep racking up? In essence, they say I owe $164 for fees/charges AFTER I canceled services. I was no longer on contract and owned my phone. This is insane. Now I wish I had left them years ago.... Be careful! Get everything in writing.

    This is, without a doubt, the worst Verizon/Victra store we have ever been to. I'm surprised we are…read morestill with Verizon after this latest experience. We visited simply asking to upgrade our iPhones, and were told that upgrading to a "business plan" would save us money in the long run. With minimal explanation or clarification from the "manager" (it is impossible to tell who the manager is), we were transitioned to a new plan. "No problem, this will save you guys money long-term." This took, at our first visit, three hours, during which: 1. The first name on our new account was switched to an incorrect name and seemingly locked in, to the point where not even Verizon corporate could change it back (this error persisted to the point where every corporate service call resulted in my being called the wrong name); 2. The "manager" (?) said he had to go "punch the safe" after continuing to make ignorant comments to his employees; 3. We were simply handed two new pieces of equipment (business routers) that we didn't want and didn't ask for. I said that they could hang on to the routers since we did not need them, but the "manager" said that they came with the plan and that they could not keep them. Well, it turns out that they were two new devices and new phone lines that we would be charged monthly for. When I saw this and protested to Verizon corporate to deactivate them, I was charged $350 *PER NEW DEVICE* (so $700 total) for the deactivation fee. Just an absolute scam in the purest form of the word. Oh, and they couldn't figure out how to succesfully switch the account during our first three-hour visit. So I had to go back for another two-hour visit to get that completed and get our phones transferred. Verizon corporate has been no help, and initially told us to take the two routers back to the store. I did this, having zero interest in ever going to this store again, and the "manager" told me I had to mail them back to Verizon, without saying anything about the cancellation fee. I still have yet to receive the boxes that Verizon was supposed to mail to return the equipment. That I never needed or asked for. Just complete garbage. Something needs to be done about this store, but I'm sure that nothing will. Glad I'm $700 down because of the service provided. Don't go here, and if you do for some reason, do not get conned into switching to a business plan. That was entirely my problem.

A couple other employees were going to charge me $40 to transfer data but Verizon phone help walked me through it - still a lot didn't transfer so Cheyenne did her best to help find the missing data. Still had a lot of gaps. Finally my 10 year old granddaughter fixed everything.

I was greeted by the scheduler who put me in queue for the next tech. The wait was about 15 minutes on a Saturday morning.The tech, Tony, was fabulous and took time to answer all my questions about installation, made sure I had the right Xfinity app on my cell phone to activate the system while everything is down during activation. I also observed him help 2 other people and he was just as thorough and helpful. I have completed the install and just have to return the old equipment to the store. Highly recommended. The online help and live chat help on the Xfinity log in page is horrible by comparison, and would have cost me a $50 increase in monthly fees if I hadn't seen the fine print on the contract they texted me for the free modem replacement and halted that process.

They seem to do okay with…read moreWIFI, but each time I left there I ended up owing hundreds of my dollars on my Xfinity Mobile bill, because someone at the store did something wrong. And, you can argue on the phone until your dead and they don't help. So basically this store cost me around $600 that I didn't actually owe. Never get Xfinity Mobile ever ever ever! It is better to pay more for any other service....Cricket, Mint Mobile.....anything. And if you have a choice for WIFI I would bypass that as well. Just can't trust them and they don't care.
