Since 2011, the fine folks here treated me well and hooked me up with good quality smart phones (I am very happy with this second generation Motorola Droid Turbo 64 GB). Mike Horning, my verizon representative was very friendly and helpful. I preordered an iPhone 6, and missed not one, but two pick up meetings (my fault, not theirs). When I was held up at work and missed the second meeting by over an hour, Mike drove all the way back to the store to make sure I got my phone that day and was professional and friendly the entire time. He was very knowledgable about every option, offering advice, but never pushing me to purchase things I was not interested in. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this verizon store and Mike Horning for future purchases.
