Most other Gordon locations I've been to do not have a hot bar. I can also find a variety of Chicago-style giardiniera that taste better than brands found at other supermarkets in the area. The line is usually not bad, but one evening, I had to wait for 15 minutes to purchase one item. We took it back today to get resized and the woman was great with measuring my finger to get an accurate ring size. While there, she asked if we wanted the lifetime protection which we opted for. It includes damage, shipping, resizing, etc and because we bought it, our resizing was included. The store is beautiful, clean, and there are lots of goodies everywhere to enjoy while you shop.
