We found exactly what we needed, and went to the checkout so we could make our purchase, and also return an item my Fiancé had purchased just before Christmas that ended up not working for her needs. The lady at checkout was rude, and that is putting it lightly. Negative in all aspects of the transaction, obviously not wanting to be a helpful employee. The name in the receipt was Denise, not sure if they share registers, but regardless, this lady could use a little bit of training in regard to her customer service. We've always been treated kindly here, but today we were left dumbfounded by this employees rudeness. Hopefully management checks these reviews as her behavior could chase customers away.

I replaced them and continued to have issues. I then spent $60 on a part that did not fix it. The other part I need is another $75. I asked if they could help or replace the part (they have several in store) and was having a conversation with one of the owners who then proceeded to read and ignore my messages for days. Then asking again and I was treated awful. They refused to help at all and claimed to not have the part. I have attached the pics of my conversation. I was also told I shouldn't have used Arcade 1up support to try to fix it. I bought a microwave, an arcade, and several small items totally around $600. This business doesn't care about customers. They want your money and then don't care if you ever return. Scum of the earth business practices from scummy people. You should be ashamed. The claim that I was allowed to fully test in store is also false. A man stood there holding the power cord and extension cord and after 3 seconds of it being on started saying everything looks good. I was rushed and sold bum product. They have at least 5 other units and claim not to have the parts to replace it. What a joke. Better Business Bureau will also be contacted. Today we went to pick up our online order for groceries and when we got home we realized half the order was not there. I called the store, they said the rest of the order was left in the back of their warehouse. They want me to come back and retrieve it. I feel like they should have delivered it. I asked to speak to a manager, they told me to call back tomorrow. They refunded me for the items they did not give us so I am without the groceries and yet again, ZERO cuzstomer service.
