Nothing in the middle! This store has quality, at what I would call reasonable prices for such quality. The showroom is beautiful with a great selection and comprehensive illustrative materials for reference. Sanjay and Sean know their suppliers, and are excited about the pieces they represent. The pride in their stock is obvious. And, they are very helpful with tips regarding additional brands they have access to. We came in for a bedroom suite recently, and were dealt with fairly and honestly. Delivery does indeed take a long time, but I've heard similar quotes while shopping at other stores during this crazy covid time. Many of their suppliers are amish and make the furniture on spec, so it makes sense. We can afford to wait, so no biggie. It's all probably going to mean we visit there again soon for our living room, too. If I remember, I'll update once we get delivery.

I have these strips of negatives that have been in storage for since I was a kid and I was so curious to know what was on them. My mother gave them to me a while back, but wasn't sure what was on them. Can't wait to see what's on them. I was told that it would take about 3 to 4 hours to process negative films today, because they are quite busy today. They are open until 5 PM today. It's located right next to this really good Indian restaurant that we liked and tried a few months back. I came in after 11:21 AM. I was told it would take about an hour to process the film. I also had them do a matte finish. I wasn't sure if I wanted the pictures digitized or not. They took down my last name is all for the drop off order. I found a cute white metal finished 5x7 frame for a pic at home I have been wanting to put up too. The frame was $17. The photo processing in the frame was $21.73. The photos came out nicely. I was happy with them. I don't know any of the folks that were in the photos, oh well. I'm glad I didn't have them digitize in the end. Super easy and convenient for sure. They do not except American Express here, only MasterCard and Visa.

Joe looked over my silver bars & rounds, weighed them & re-weighed them. Then weighed them again just to triple-check. Then he weighed my silver once more, for an even four times. Unbelievably, the fourth time the flaccid sack of silver was TWO OUNCES HEAVIER! Upon seeing this, I began to hyperventilate...then the air was getting thinner...the only thought on my mind was heating up dinner...the suspense was making me sick, I pulled my inhaler out to do the trick...but I fainted for just a second it seemed. Suddenly, a homeless guy was pulling my leg...just like I'm doing to you now! 14K asked me what I was trying to get, I gave him a number and he agreed with me. ID in the "system," sign here & here, right thumbprint there, and the cash go here. 12 minutes, in & out, and right at closing time, no less. The guys were friendly & convivial, casual yet professional & honest, they paid me the exact amount agreed upon I would recommend 14k Gold & Coin to cash out your silver bullion. I wouldn't recommend coming in right at closing time, but if you had to I think they would accommodate you. I stand by the initial blind 5-star review that I began with, as they have earned it when judged by all sensible metrics. I've been here before when it was across the street in the smaller location, several years ago, maybe a decade ago. This new location is very well-lit with an easily traversable sidewalk and parking lot out front. Inside is bright, airy, clean, and organized. We saw the bunch of umbrellas and dinning tables and decided to chose one of each as you can see in the receipt. We told store that we need a good durable umbrella which can withstand the rough winds. We decided an umbrella and posted our enquiry about the rough winds and we were assured that the umbrella is quite durable and store even showed by moving the umbrella shade vigorously by hand and suggesting that if it gets this bad we should just close the umbrella and we will be fine. We paid for the umbrella and dinning table and thanked the store and promised that we will tell our friends about this good store and service but hardly we dreamt in the way we are doing now. The umbrella and dinning table was delivered either on 4/22 or 4/23, one of these two days. We did not get the chance to use it because of the constant wet and cold weather. We finally got a chance to open it briefly on 5/5. It was a mild breeze and max sustained wind was 13mph as you can see in the image attached. We had kids back from the school but thankfully not in the patio at that time. My wife saw the umbrella falling down and was waffled why and how. I have attached the image of the same for reference. We took some pictures and put the umbrella back up. Next day (on 5/6) we called the Labadies Furniture and also sent the email with pics and receipt. On phone we were told that they cannot take the umbrella back and but someone will call next day and was suggested that may be we installed it improperly until we reminded that umbrella was installed professionally by Labadies. Then we asked that if they don't see anything wrong with the installation will you take it back because clearly it cannot withstand the mildest of the gust. We were told that once Labadies have taken a look "we will take it from there" and we took it in a extremely positive way. Again no one called back to set up and appointment and we called back on Tuesday (9/5). We spoke to Sean (pardon if I get the spelling wrong) and set up an appointment for (5/11). Two very good and helpful boys came to our place and completely opened and inspected the umbrella and satisfied that nothing was wrong with the installation. They even agree to take the umbrella back and pulled the truck back to the service road but I suggested about speaking to Sean before they take the umbrella back. That is when things started to unfold in unimaginable way. Sean transferred to the sales lady and she told us that owner of the business is heading out and has said no to return and cannot talk as he is heading out for a funeral. So I requested the lady will you take the umbrella back and she said that the owner has said no but he might change his mind once you speak to him. I still felt some hope left. I called the owner today and asked about the umbrella and was told that since we have posted a negative feedback on facebook that deal is off. So much for free speech. But by now I have realized that the deal was off as soon as we paid for the umbrella. BTW our negative feedback has been deleted on Labadies facebook page and email id blocked and you can see only glowing positive feedbacks. I am keeping my fingers crossed for dinning table as it is 4 times the price of Umbrella. But if something is to be found wrong we already know what the response of this business will be. I have learnt my lesson, I will buy from Costco or maybe even Amazon. Worst that can happen is we may have to return the product back and can return the product back.

I replaced them and continued to have issues. I then spent $60 on a part that did not fix it. The other part I need is another $75. I asked if they could help or replace the part (they have several in store) and was having a conversation with one of the owners who then proceeded to read and ignore my messages for days. Then asking again and I was treated awful. They refused to help at all and claimed to not have the part. I have attached the pics of my conversation. I was also told I shouldn't have used Arcade 1up support to try to fix it. I bought a microwave, an arcade, and several small items totally around $600. This business doesn't care about customers. They want your money and then don't care if you ever return. Scum of the earth business practices from scummy people. You should be ashamed. The claim that I was allowed to fully test in store is also false. A man stood there holding the power cord and extension cord and after 3 seconds of it being on started saying everything looks good. I was rushed and sold bum product. They have at least 5 other units and claim not to have the parts to replace it. What a joke. Better Business Bureau will also be contacted. Stay away and save your money.

We didn't really see pricing on items in the store and it is packed with products (enough so that it can be hard to find or view things), but I realized afterwards that it would be better to check their website beforehand for whatever you want and then check the site when in the store for pricing on random items you find.

When I asked about Morgan Silver dollars, the first thing, the man said to me was how much are you willing to spend on one? friends that is always going to be a red flag when you go into a coin shop. Coins have a value it means wanting to know how much he can break it off in your butt, for it probably is not going to be a very pleasurable experience. They can't be bothered to answer questions they can't be bothered to show you merchandise. I asked to see some Morgan silver dollars, I set six of them aside that I wanted. When I also inquired about Franklin half dollars, the guy took the tray of Morgan's and dumped them back into the box with all the other coins he had. Then write in mid conversation he takes a phone call and starts talking to the guy on the telephone totally ignoring that I'm inside the store. This place was a total joke. There are so many coin shots out there that really care about the customer Ann Arbor, coin, and stamp is not one of those establishments. I would never spend dollar and I drove 30 minutes to get there from Wyandotte Michigan. Those two old guys can die with all those coins.
