They could not remove the stains I pointed out, even though they said they tried three times after my first visit and again when they tried after I returned with my displeasure. From there I took the jacket to Dubin's. Andy, the owner of Dubin Cleaners, removed every single stain so that it now looks brand new. He only charged about $1 more than the other place (but this compares to the cost after a 20% discount from the other place). I'm not naming the original cleaners because I don't want to give them a black eye. I just don't want you to waste your money going to other places, no matter what "discounts" they offer, when you can go to DUBIN CLEANERS for outstanding quality and service!

They took their time with the install and hook up, which is important to me, especially because of having gas appliances. I go to pick up the suit and right off the bat, I can tell it wasn't 'white' anymore but a 'yellowish' looking color. Upon closer inspection, there were blotches of yellow/brown stains all over the entire jacket and trousers. I can't believe that they would try and pass this off as acceptable and just assume that the customer was dumb enough not to see it! I rejected it and asked them to redo the process again. I picked it up a few days later and the blotches are still there and the suit has lost its bright white color. I can't even find a replacement white linen suit anymore. I should have done a little more research before I settled for this place. Never again!

They removed my items that were not a total loss but could be cleaned which I entrusted them with and returned everything expect for the duvet cover my mother had given me. They swear they returned it, they never did ..I don't have it and they refuse to take accountability for losing one of the most sentimental items I had been give from my now deceased mother. Fast forward and multiple conversations they will do nothing my insurance agent says they refuse to do nothing. . Super unprofessional..I will think twice before ever using them again.
