Took a light jacket inside that could have been washed, short jacket waist length no more than a pound and a half in weight she charged me $22 to clean it. I called other Dry Cleaners around after the fact found out that they would've charged half of that if not less than that, when I call back to inquire this rude witch, said don't worry about what we charge. I love it here! No need to be longwinded.. I'll keep it short. The lady that runs this place knows what's up. Her customer service is superb and the quality of her 'product' is high. No need to take your clothes elsewhere - the search is over, this is it. If you are in need of alterations or repairs, take them here. I brought a pair of linen pants here with a split on the seam of the inner thigh. At first she was going to pass, but after I practically begged because I was heading for Caribbean isles and wasn't going to find another pair in the dead of winter, she conceded. I am SO glad she did because come pick up, they worked miracles. My super picky mom couldn't even see where the repair was done. They also offer UGG cleaning for $40.00. I'll be dropping mine off pretty soon. I found my new go to place, and best of all its pretty much around the corner. Love, love, love. read more

So starting with the positive. They are very responsive to resolving problems. Great customer service and feedback. Kim was proactive, maybe even overly proactive in resolving an issue with damaged clothing. If this hadn't happened I would likely be giving a 2 star rating or worse. Thanks to other reviewers I tried Alpine Cleaners and I have been back 3 times already. I'm happy to pronounce I have my go-to cleaner now! I had a few tricky items, one was see-through blouse with one inch size rhinestones. I was worried about stones as well as shrinkage or pilling on delicate fabric. (BTW I personally think you can not really keep those rhinestones new forever regardless of cleaning method especially big ones like mine - their aluminum foil backing is too vulnerable - maybe the other option is to take them out before cleaning and re-sew them afterwords...) Anyway, they did a WONDERFUL job on my blouse with minimum impact to the stones and it looks really clean and fresh without causing any shrinkage! They actually suggested to wash it -not dry clean which was my initial plan- to avoid severe damage to the stones. I'm so happy with Alpine Cleaners. They are friendly, experienced and their knowledge helped me a lot!! read more

I have been bringing my clothes here for cleaning and alterations for about six months now. I have been truly pleased and amazed at their work. They have been able to clean items that I thought were "goners" because of staining (ketchup, or other sauce(s) dropped unknowingly on clothing during a restaurant meal; or one time I brushed up against who-knows-what and had a weird, goopy stain on a Ralph Lauren winter coat). Each item has been meticulously cleaned and I have yet to be anything but truly happy and pleased with the quality of their work. I am SO glad I found Alpine Cleaners and gave them a try. I had a good run with Alpine, but have had problems since they moved a few door down to a bigger location. Not sure if its a switch of employees in back or different equipment, but the work has not been as good. My suits were pressed better before, but prices are decent. I have also had alterations there with success. I DO NOT recommend any other cleaners on this "Novi Rd strip". The others have ruined my clothing and have proven themselves unreliable many times. read more
