I took a new white linen suit to get it dry-cleaned here. It was worn twice with hardly any stains or blemishes on it. I wanted to dry-cleaned it to store away for the time being. I go to pick up the suit and right off the bat, I can tell it wasn't 'white' anymore but a 'yellowish' looking color. Upon closer inspection, there were blotches of yellow/brown stains all over the entire jacket and trousers. I can't believe that they would try and pass this off as acceptable and just assume that the customer was dumb enough not to see it! I rejected it and asked them to redo the process again. I picked it up a few days later and the blotches are still there and the suit has lost its bright white color. I can't even find a replacement white linen suit anymore. I should have done a little more research before I settled for this place. Never again! read more

Have a Super King Goose filled duvet that I love and had trouble finding where to get it cleaned due to it's size. Had it brought to Bloomfield Cleaners, truthfully expecting them to turn down due to the xxl size, we weren't! The duvet was serviced exceptionally, was as fluffy as when I first purchased. Very impressed- they even had a duvet bag big enough to fit the duvet in it. read more

I took in an old suit for cleaning. The jacket came back fine but the trousers came back with a major horizontal gash in the seat of the trousers. I was told the suit's age made it prone to something like this happening. If that's the case, they should not have cleaned it. Compensation was not satisfactory (from both the old owner and the new owners). I'm going elsewhere now. read more

I didn't know the name had changed and was expecting the old owners.but wow! store is so much cleaner. The people are super nice . so rare . Had to Thank them for a great experience. read more

NEVER GO HERE. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. this place has changed owners several times this year. the original owners were great. The ones that took over were tolerable. The current ones that took over the second owners are awful And dishonest. The first two cleaners would just hold and not clean garments with special materials if they were unable to. These current fuckers will damage your clothing HIDE IT anD NOT tell you and then proceed to overcharge for the item THEY DAMAGED. perhaps theyve never heard of civil suit in small claims court. if they continue business like this, they will be destroyed in this neighbourhood. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHING RUINED read more

Twice I got a little excited during lunch and wound up with tricky grease stains on two different silk ties. Yes, I'm a bit of a splasher. I have no regrets. Dry cleaning is one of those things I am happy to fail to understand and simply be amazed by instead. That grease has been banished. Vanquished, exiled to a remote island where it, along with other tie opponents such as undergraduates, plots its revenge. Fortunately the joke is on the grease, which lacks opposable thumbs and is therefore a minimal threat to my well being at most. Bloomfield Cleaners is staffed by friendly part-time folks who are diligent about understanding your needs. I've been very pleased with the alterations I've had done here, which have included letting out the waist and hemming of the inseam of a few pairs of pants. Everything is ready for pickup in a timely manner, and prices are reasonable. read more

I have been taking my items to them for a few months now and they are consistent, fast, friendly, and professional; they removed some tough stains from some of our clothes that other dry cleaners could't remove. They also took care of some missing buttons, rips, and other issues we had with our clothes effortlessly. They typically have your items ready within a couple/few days, just make sure you let them know what you need and when. They are a little pricey but really worth the thorough job each and every time. read more

I've been coming here for a couple months now and I am very pleased. They open when they say that they open, my clothes are done when they say they will be and they do a good job on my suites and dress shirts. What I love about this place is that they are respectful of my time. Every time I'm in there it seems like they do their best to get me in and out as fast as possible which I really appreciate. read more

Incredible service and impeccable work. I brought in two items that another cleaner could not clean and they were able to do so without issue. The owner even called to discuss another option for cleaning that was less expensive than initially agreed upon and it worked beautifully. I am highly impressed by their work and integrity. read more

Saved us twice on Rush cleaning jobs. Sadly for funerals. Very nice people and great work!

I work at Plum Market (in the plaza across the street) and my boss told me she does all of her dry cleaning here. I decided to check it out, and I am SO GLAD I did! Could not have been happier with the service and how well my clothes were cleaned. You will receive great quality at a resonable price. I will be going back without a doubt. You will not be disappointed! read more

The employees here are friendly and offer a very professional service. It's the only cleaner I use since moving to Michigan, and all my items come back to me looking beautiful! Prices seem reasonable, although my only comparison is the cleaner I used to use in NY. read more

I've been coming here for a year, at least once a week. We are very happy with the service, promptness and results. Dry clean items are well taken care of, and since using Bloomfield Cleaners I have not had to replace dress shirts as much due to wear and tear. Wholly recommended. read more
