I took my expensive Aaran Sweater that I bought in Ireland. Anyone who knows 100% wool, you do not get it wet, moist or damp. Well, my sweater shrunk tremendously. I tried working with the owner, he said that since he stretched it, he would not reimburse me for the cost. Such bad business! Unbelievable. read more

First let me begin with, I would not be saying the below had I not managed a dry cleaner's for a number of years. We went in on Friday to pick up our dry cleaning and evidently the electricity had been effected by the storm.Went back in on Saturday and there was still no electricity. There was a note on the door saying they were still closed, however, I question why nobody was there to allow people to pick up their items that already had been completed? We had a wedding this weekend and all of my husband shirts were at the dry cleaners to be cleaned/pressed. Needless to say we had to go out and buy a shirts and tie to match in order for him to attend our special occasion. Most often people trust their dry cleaner with their most prized possessions or clothing they wear for "that rare occasion." This business demonstrated how little respect they truly have for their customers! Electricity or not, no act of "Mother Nature" should keep you away from opening your doors , allowing customers to pick up their items. That is unless your entire contents were washed, blown or burned into Oblivion! GM Dry Cleaners have FAILED their customers. PATHETIC BUSINESS SENSE Stay away! I've used this Dry Cleaners a few time in the last 6 weeks and currently have items there now. I just want to say, my first time using them was for a tie that had an oily stain on it, GM Dry Cleaners got it completely out, it was totally affordable, at just a few dollars. My second time was to repair a full zipper in a school ski jacket, that was needed in a rush. GM Cleaners came through again, at a very affordable cost and time frame. Currently, I have five dress pants there for lost buttons, ripped out seams and hems that are in need of repair and reinforcement, along with being laundered and pressed. Again, with a fabulous turn around time and I'm sure cost, too! I'm looking forward to another awesome job, by GM Cleaners. Horrible!!!! Absolutely horrible!!!! Please don't support this business!!! My husband asked them not to put a crease in his pants the first time they did it my husband just brought new pants he said that everyone makes mistakes.the 2nd time the owner was very rude never apologized for the mistake!!!! Never offered a refund on the pants basically said he can try to get the crease out, knowing you cant remove the crease out the pants!! It is a pleasure having the GM Dry Cleaning team at the 2083 Hiller location. In years past, my wife and I had to "opt out" of using the previous staff at this location. Too many times my dress shirts would come back with buttons always missing in the same location on the shirts. My wife had a pantsuit come back with a stain where there had not been a stain when she took it in for a maintenance dry clean. After Amit Bhatia and his team took over, we decided to give this location another chance (after all, it was right within the neighborhood). Are we glad we did. Nothing but satisfactory service! Shirts, pants, coats all are cleaned to our utmost satisfaction. Fortunately for us, we have them right in the neighborhood. Good work, great service! read more

The pricing for the service was very reasonable. The dress was ready well within the timeframe that was promised. Chrissie was great. GM Dry Cleaners is the BEST dry cleaning service around, especially for the forgetful! I used to always forget to drop off our dry cleaning and I was even worse at remembering to pick it back up. GM comes right to my front door! I even get a reminder message the night before with a fun quote of the day! My husbands shirts are laundered and pressed to his exact liking and delivered to a provided hanger that we put out on delivery day! You can't get any better customers service than that! Great customer service! I did have an issue with some tailoring on a pair of pants but Rem and his team bent over backwards to make it right immediately and then stayed in touch with me during the entire resolution process. The first time I went to GM Cleaners will certainly be the last This dry cleaner is the worst one in my experience. Most of the staffs are very unfriendly including the store owner. My order was simple: my Michael Kors blazer. It came back awful: broken button, poor touch up, no attention to detail, and poor quality control! read more
