From there I took the jacket to Dubin's. Andy, the owner of Dubin Cleaners, removed every single stain so that it now looks brand new. He only charged about $1 more than the other place (but this compares to the cost after a 20% discount from the other place). I'm not naming the original cleaners because I don't want to give them a black eye. Upon closer inspection, there were blotches of yellow/brown stains all over the entire jacket and trousers. I can't believe that they would try and pass this off as acceptable and just assume that the customer was dumb enough not to see it! I rejected it and asked them to redo the process again. I picked it up a few days later and the blotches are still there and the suit has lost its bright white color. I can't even find a replacement white linen suit anymore. I called and spoke with the Closing Manager on 10/4/25, who told me that pressed items simply go through a machine and are then hung up--and that the only way to remove all the wrinkles is by having the item dry cleaned. I explained that if the wrinkles weren't going to come out, they should have dry cleaned the suit since I paid the same price. I asked if staff even check their work or care about quality, but the manager only said I could bring the suit back with the tag still attached, and they would "see what they could do." Unfortunately, I needed the suit the next day (10/5/25), and he told me I couldn't get it back until Monday (10/6/25). I ended up pressing the suit myself--even after paying for the service. I didn't ask for a refund; I simply wanted the job done right. This cleaners took my money and showed no concern for making it right. I'm very disappointed and will not be doing business with them again!!!

He didnt have an answer to what dress was a long formal, so he offered me $5 off for both dresses. When I asked for an itemized receipt of the charges, he then gave me $15 off. I still wanted a break down of the charges. They couldnt produce a receipt of charges. The lady says you can look at charges on our computer. They charged me $46 for the formal (unformal) dress, and $26 for a non maxi dress. Mind you the 3rd dress was only $16. I cost me more to clean one non formal dress then it did to clean 2 suits. I wouldn't recommend these people. If you do, ask for the prices first before giving them your clothes or you will be paying for stuff you didn't bring them.

I swung by one day to have some…read moreshirts and a suit dry cleaned so I could take it somewhere and have them do some alterations -- Lyssa was kind enough to let me know that they could directly perform the alterations there and save me some time! I'm glad I went that route, because the team at Beach Dry Cleaners were able to do additional alterations that the other place wouldn't have been able to do, and my suit pants fit even better as a result. Lyssa was able to get me my clothes right before I needed them for a wedding (which was appreciated especially as they were facing massive power outages in this area for a few of those days), and it all worked out well!
