I tried my blue one on and it came back from the cleaners with White lines all over the dress. This dress was previously worn one time. There was NOTHING wrong with my dress prior to drop off maybe deodorant stains (if anything) from the inside. The owner of the cleaners is claiming the lines were caused by me. First she claimed I wore lotion then put the dress on. Then she said there could have been some type of oil stain or something (not the case) to have pulled the color because the material is a tough type of material to clean. IF that was the case why not say you can't clean it? She was not helpful AT ALL with the damage THEY caused to my dress. I would recommend a different cleaners - one that at least is helpful when they ruin your expensive clothing. Also the owner knows nothing about running a business I could care less how long they have been in business for, some sympathy, or a refund for at least the cleaning would have been a nice gesture but she is claiming we caused the damage. Sorry I'm not that type of person to try to get over on someone. They ruined my dress and that's that! She also responded to my Google review denying anything happened in her establishment. The owner is delusional.

I go to pick up the suit and right off the bat, I can tell it wasn't 'white' anymore but a 'yellowish' looking color. Upon closer inspection, there were blotches of yellow/brown stains all over the entire jacket and trousers. I can't believe that they would try and pass this off as acceptable and just assume that the customer was dumb enough not to see it! I rejected it and asked them to redo the process again. I picked it up a few days later and the blotches are still there and the suit has lost its bright white color. I can't even find a replacement white linen suit anymore. I should have done a little more research before I settled for this place. Never again!

After the incident, there was a sizeable malodorous stain on my bedding, resembling a cigarette burn. For several weeks, I did not do laundry and slept with only a thin sheet, like I was at a sleepover where my friend did not give me a blanket. Eventually, I ran out of g strings so I was forced to make a decision: use the smoking washer or find a different one. I dusted off my Michael Kors coin purse and took my undergarments and comforter to the Birmingham Laundromat. Unsure if a reoccurring event but there was one individual inside who appeared to be on intravenous pharmaceuticals and was causing a ruckus, but that did not intimidate me. I got the job done and am thrilled that my comforter no longer smells like Virginia Slims. This laundromat is very important to the Birmingham residents that do their own laundry similarly to how a Viagra prescription is essential to the survival of a U.S. Congressman. Will be bringing a spare Narcan next laundry day. Stay blessed.
