The quality of services provided are more than any other dry cleaners I have ever been to. Items are given a look over and sweater are even given a de-pilling. They even sewed a missing button on my husband's shirt. if an item needs more attention, they can do that for a nominal charge. They made my long wool coat look like i just bought it; well worth it. Because extra attention is given to items, turnaround time is not the next day; it is 2-3 days out, or will ask for more time if extra work is needed. They do provide a rush service if possible for a small rush fee. Also...The seamstress on staff is highly experienced. Turn around time is good, but does get back up during the holidays and wedding season...so make your fitting appointment early. My dress looked like it was custom. I did read some reviews and what a couple of the low reviewers wrote, and that is not the norm, a random happenstance. Nothing has ever happened to my clothes, they always come out beautiful...but if it ever does, I know they will try to make it right. I do recommend this place.

I try not to go to the dry cleaners that much anymore as I know dry cleaning is not the best for the environment but a lot of cleaners are trying their best to be aware and I know for sure that this dry cleaner is one of them. If they were not then I would not go there. I have to say that they have always been super polite, they have treated my clothes with care, and they have removed a few stains with ease. I had one leather jacket altered there and they did a great job that I will be bringing two other of my leather jackets there. Plus, they are not insanely overpriced. Everybody has different experiences but all of the experiences I've ever had there have been spot on perfect and personally I will continue to use them when in need.
