As a child I went to the dry cleaners with my mother, as a teenager/adult I went to the dry cleaners for my mother. I even dated someone for a LONG time who worked at a dry cleaners (my mother loved that-lol). It has been a part of my life for so long that I feel I can make an educated comment on a good or bad dry cleaner. I try not to go to the dry cleaners that much anymore as I know dry cleaning is not the best for the environment but a lot of cleaners are trying their best to be aware and I know for sure that this dry cleaner is one of them. If they were not then I would not go there. I have to say that they have always been super polite, they have treated my clothes with care, and they have removed a few stains with ease. I had one leather jacket altered there and they did a great job that I will be bringing two other of my leather jackets there. Plus, they are not insanely overpriced. Everybody has different experiences but all of the experiences I've ever had there have been spot on perfect and personally I will continue to use them when in need. Again, I do not go to the dry cleaners all the time, but in emergency dry cleaning situations they are tops on my list.

I needed my pants taken in and my sleeves of my jacket brought in a bit. Measurements were very quick and I was given a date of two weeks later. I was offered earlier but I was months out from the wedding so I was in no hurry. Someone before me needed their suit within the week so I hope I helped a bit by sending myself to the bottom of the list. When I picked it up, I was asked to go in through the Dry Cleaning entrance. I was given my suit, tried it on, and if I had any questions or concerns, to ask the woman working at the front desk. All fit perfectly so I packed it all back up and left. Great price too! They removed my items that were not a total loss but could be cleaned which I entrusted them with and returned everything expect for the duvet cover my mother had given me. They swear they returned it, they never did ..I don't have it and they refuse to take accountability for losing one of the most sentimental items I had been give from my now deceased mother. Fast forward and multiple conversations they will do nothing my insurance agent says they refuse to do nothing. . Super unprofessional..I will think twice before ever using them again.
