I took my 3500. Coach coat to be cleaned, told the guy it has to be leather cleaned, he argued with me about it and proceeded to regular dry clean it and now it has shrunk and the color has bled. Showed him the damage and he told me I agreed to the regular cleaning, which is ludicrous. Every year I have had it clean successfully till this Bozo who thinks he knows more than the dry cleaning tag with leather instructions. Told me "Too bad"! read more

Ruined a brand new Kith shirt. The shirt cost $145 and they only refunded me the cost of the cleaning $6. I would not trust them with my expensive items again. I would've been better off washing it at home. The front decal was melted off and now peeling off. read more

Awesome dry cleaners! Great service and friendly staff! We've take a few different bulk orders here to get our nice dress clothes cleaned and pressed, as well as taking some of our bedding in to get refreshed. The prices are relatively cheap here as well. One of our last orders we had a few shirts and a dress for less than 40 bucks! They had a sale going on where we got a 30% discount on a bundle of items that we brought it. It seems like that discount is going on most of the time. So far so good, no imperfections on any of our items we take in there when we get them back! Love coming here! read more

Had designer dress dry cleaned at this facility and when picked up there were fabric snags and pulls around the waist banner. When brought back to have addressed was told it was dropped off like that, which it was not. She was Very rude and didn't listen, only accusatory. Fortunately had it fixed and addressed elsewhere. I just found my new cleaners in Michigan. I just moved from CA. and while there are a couple good cleaners around - they are an arm and a leg. This cleaners is awesome. I brought in about 10 items. A Cashmere coat, many cashmere sweaters a couple blazers. They gave me a bulk discount of 30% which was amazing. The prices are very good at regular price. The care they put into the cleaning and how I got my clothes back were beyond. My blazers and coats were perfectly stuffed with tissue to hold shape and my sweaters looked beautiful.
