The store the was clean and well stocked. I was able to get the exact color iPhone and at a fair price. Danny was beyond helpful and didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. He even went through all the differences between the 2 models and we decided on the 12 mini over the 13 mini. Danny was through going over the changes that would happen to our bill so that there would be no surprises and gave his card in case there was so he could fix it. Tacked on a bunch of add-ons like AT&T Next, which she has no use for since she is paying for the phone in full, and AT&T Turbo, which she also has zero need for. They also up-sold her the most expensive iphone and promised her a "$350 Reimbursement" for the phone she traded-in that I have yet to see. Absolutely egregious business practices, I cannot express enough how sickening it is for this establishment to take advantage of elderly women. I strongly recommend avoiding this place like the plague.
