Bought a pre owned Xbox and it came with a broken controller. The employee was very kind and honest, but I am very disappointed with the greed regarding these devices. For just under $500 I got a dirty Xbox X and a broken controller, and instead of returning it for a working one, I was offered $20 in store credit for a used one. How is that fair, the controller was packaged broken and now I have to pay an additional $30 to fix it?? I will not be shopping here again, as I do not want to buy anymore broken products with no return value. read more

They close at random times with not even a sticker on the door, was there this past Friday (5/5/23), it was not even 730, it had the Open sign on, but it was closed, also another customer left because of this, I was about to leaven when one of the employees comes out closes the door and leaves. First off I do like Gamestop a lot, but I will never come to this location ever again or as long as the manager who runs that place still works there. This was the most rude fellow I have ever met. The store was absolutely dirty and it's like they never stock it because they're still old games there. I watched the guy come in who was sent there from another Gamestop to pick up something and this manager was so rude with him saying we don't have it and didn't even try to help him, I recommend never going to this location and just going over to the Farmington Hills location. read more

The employees working at this location have good knowledge of current games and older games. My son wanted pikmin 3 which is an older game. Fortunately they had one used copy. They were fast and we didn't have to wait long to get help. read more

GameStop is simply a ripoff. Wouldn't be surprised if they gave you $50 for a brand new Xbox one. If you want to buy games at a better price go to the Family Video in Wixom at Pontiac Trail and Beck. Also game rentals are available there for a cheap price and there's always deals. read more

Been here three or four times and like it! The staff is very knowledgable (Kate is always super nice) and helpful. They have a good supply of new and preowned items. Sell back is about the same as everybody else that does it. There are a couple of other nearby GameStop locations, but seem to gravitate to this one when I need to go. read more
