I was also shopping for eyeglasses. Their selection was limited, which is fine, but they did not have the sizes or styles I was looking for. The sales process felt very pushy. After deciding to purchase frames elsewhere, I was told I was good to go, but I was not provided with a signed copy of my prescription. I called and requested that it be emailed to me. They said they would send it, but I never received it. I eventually had to stop by the office to pick up a copy in person. The copy they provided was still unsigned. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and frustrating. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Got out of the exam which was solid - awesome lady doc, state of the art machines, knowledgeable assistant - and walked into the worst part of the visit. The upsell for the frames. It was pretty off putting. Directing me to the most expensive frames. Then when I picked some off the sale rack, instantly did calculations that sold me the most expensive progressives with antiglare and all the trimmings. Wrote it up and gave to me on a piece of paper like a prize. Sir? Did you not just see me at the sale rack? I asked "so anti-glare is optional right?" A. Right. Q. Okay, so remove it off please. And these progressives are the only kind you have? A. Well, no. Q. Do you have some that are less? A. Yes. Q. Well, why didn't you tell me about them? Why didn't you share options? A. Well o showed you the top tier. Sir, that's obvious! This is all while the gabbing girls are over there gabbing about everything but glasses and eyes. LOL. Get the exam here. Then take it to Warby Parker if you're a citizen who responds well to good service and an array of pricing options. A boutique spot shouldn't mean hard sells and leaving feeling taken advantage of. I wouldn't say it was a negative experience. But it certainly didn't live up to the store's name.

My son's prescription glasses is a Japanese brand with no local store here in the US. He looked at it and said he will need time to repair it, I explained that we're not from the area and we were hoping to get it the same day. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this office and would not recommend them. There were errors in my prescription that weren't caught until I tried to order contacts and when I called to resolve it, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of taking ownership of what was clearly their mistake, they made the situation harder than it needed to be. On top of that, the receptionist I spoke with was rude and lacked any real sense of customer care. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and left me without contacts for many days. There are plenty of other eye doctors out there who are more detail-oriented and treat patients with basic respect. Thus, I'd suggest going elsewhere.
