Immediately greeted by Brittaney, with a bright smile, she offered to look and found them in a different color way. Not convinced with the color, I asked for some guidance on picking some oval frames. Brittaney was so nice, leading me around the store showing me all the options. I am a quizzical person, but Brittaney was able to kindly answer all my questions and help walk me through the process of ordering with prescription and return policies. I ended up going with her recommendation of frames, and she was super accommodating during the whole checkout process. When measuring my face for my new pair, I apologized for my dirty old and decrepit pair of glasses I had on my face before she used them for some more measurement. She went out of her way to clean them after measuring. When handing them back, it felt like I already had a new pair of glasses! She also tightened the arms!! Unlike other places like Lenscrafter, the people working there know their job and are able to adjust the frame to you, fix it if needed, etc... I even came back with very old frames that were completely bend and with a broken nose pad and the salesperson, Isaiah, was able to fix it perfectly and replace the missing nose pads ! I really couldn't believe it how good of a job he did. All the other people I've to deal with at this location were great.

After hearing nothing, I called to check in and was told the manufacturer "never delivered" my order. Immediately after that call, I received an email receipt from the office dated that same day--making it pretty clear the order hadn't been placed until I followed up. I understand mistakes happen, but this has happened before, and it's become a pattern. The tough part is that I'm now out of contacts while I wait (possibly another month). I also asked if I could get a sample pair to hold me over, and that request was declined, even though the delay was caused by the office not placing the order.
