The staff also helped me pick out frames I really liked. I will definitely go there again for my routine eye exams. I also really liked the convenience of the online appointment booking system. The only thing I had trouble with was finding it! I go to that Target all the time but was almost late to my appointment because I was wandering around looking for it. It's tucked away on the first floor in the corner by the pharmacy. If there's signage, I didn't see any. I couldn't get cell service and wifi wasn't working so I couldn't look up the store map. I finally had to ask an actual person where it was!

You're about to give up and then you meet Raymond. Raymond would have loved to have sold me what he had on display (of course who wouldn't), but when I wasn't finding exactly what I was looking for he reached out to his SoCal Lindberg representative and found he had a frame sample of the right shape and size, and another frame of the right color. They also did the research to determine the color of one could be had on the shape of the other. They referred me to a place in Glendale, but I did not have time to go that far, I was not able to wear my contacts due to an up coming eye appointment that did not allow me to wear them. I really needed my glasses, I wanted a place to fix my glasses closer to home. I called Quality talk to Juan, the owner told me to go in and see what he can do. I went he was very nice and helpful. He gave 3 options of repairs at a very low cost. I told him do what needs to be done I need my glasses. I left them there for repair. By the time I got home he called me back that my glasses were ready. Got back in my car for pick up. Now the cost it wasn't free, but very very close. You come in, he looks at you, he knows what you need, he knows what you've been looking for but needed help finding. Wanna talk more about price? There is no nickel and diming here...there is old school customer service and respect for the relationship with the customer. He's got the high end stuff and the more afordable stuff, but he makes it so that the high end stuff is doable. He's not a cold computor/by the book kind of guy...he will work with you....because he's generous, because he's a good guy not wanting to get the most out of you because he could, and naturally that gives you a good feeling and you want to buy more. So I get all my glasses there...the single lens, the progressive lens, the transition lens, the pure sunglasses, the computor glasses....all of it...becasue he's got the selection and the price and you feel like you are giving the right guy your money...because you are...he's worth it...what you are getting (when you do the research) is a bargain compared to other, impersonal places. He gets busy over there, because he's in demand. He's very knowledgeable, kind and has a great selection of glasses for all ages. I live in Encino, which isn't far from the shop, but as we know, there are many different optical shops in the valley. I will only go to him and even got glasses for myself this last visit. He doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need or doesn't fit right and isn't pushy at all. I even went in once earlier this year to inquire about a piece missing from my older, favorite sunglasses and he was happy to help!

He will also NOT sell a pair of lasses that don't fit your child's face properly, not like other optometrist shops I've visited who have tried to sell whatever she's picked, even if the lens's size didn't make sense for her.
