This is the best ever place to get glasses and sunglasses. I took in my prescription and Slava and Irene both immediately pulled out glass frames they thought would suit me and reviewed them all on me. They are ALL beautiful frames, you can't go wrong here. They are made in house, I have a strong prescription but the glass used in the frames is super thin. The service is so helpful and honestly I've never seen such beautiful choices. Updated review after my first purchase: I am so grateful and happyyyy!!! I have been struggling a lot after sceral buckle surgery this year, and Optical Universe has been such a life saver. I have a complicated prescription, a narrow bridge, and love square frames. Slava, Tracey, and the team hooked me up with top of the line lenses with all the coatings I needed to make my eyes comfortable, and it was a lot. I was very needy, lol. I purchased some sunglasses online and when they arrived, the legs needed to be adjusted to sit level on my face. I called Optical Universe to see if they could help with the adjustment. I was told to bring them in. When I arrived everyone there was about as nice a person as you could be. They fixed my glasses right up in about 2 minutes. I tried to pay them and they wouldn't let me. Tracey at Optical Universe was so so kind and helpful here. I came in with broken Chanel sunglasses, a screw was missing the area where it was supposed to be screwed in was stripped. Tracey kindly fixed it for free and fixed the stripped screw area. Everyone here was so sweet, genuine and didn't even try to pressure me to purchase anything else! After an eye exam, I took my new prescription to Optical Universe (of course) for replacement of all 4 of my glasses - 3 regular vision & 1 pair of sunglasses. While I was dropping my sunglasses off I also brought in a different pair of IC Berlin frames that had been warped to get an opinion if it was fixable and he fixed them within a minute and didn't charge me either... He found my lenses for my sunglasses and had them shipped from Germany and they arrived as promised (within 2 weeks).
