Friday afternoon someone broke into my car and stole my RX sunglasses. Why they would do that is beyond me but it was the only pair i had and I can't drive without them So I remember there was this really nice man professional excellent optician a few blocks from my business and i thought let's go to his store even though I know there is no way I'm going to get Rx sunglasses sooner than a few days anyway I went in told him my problem and he it's about 3 days. I said fine. I don't how he picked up on it but he saw my dispear and he said you know what if it's that important to you I'm going to make a call to the lenses distributor and if he has you prescription in stock I'm going to get I my car and drive across town to pick them up and make it happen for you tonight even if I have to stay late. I said why would you do that and he simply said because that what I do Sure enough he stayed open late just to cut shaped tinted and installed into the one of the most beautiful frames that he had in stock. I didn't ask him how much it would be because I didn't care I would have paid anything since I had to be driving all weekend But when I picked them up he was so reasonable and expecting to pay much more I had to give him a little extra after what he did for me. Let me just start by saying the Optic Fusion has the best, hippest frames around. If you're looking for something unique, here is your place. I've shopped all around the valley so I know this from experience. But what really sets Optic Fusion apart from the rest is simply Eric. This guy is amazing! After stopping in with my girlfriend and trying on so many pairs of frames and not buying anything .. I mentioned my current frames that were broken. They were hi-end glasses so I didn't want to just toss them out .. and guess what - he said he could fix them! He ordered two springs for very little $ and after a few days he managed to get them apart and he fixed them! Let me tell you right now, nobody does customer service like Eric. Nobody. He goes above and beyond, making sure that you get only the best for you. Ok, so I am allergic to RayBan's silicon nosepads. Like my nose and up to my cheeks and forehead swell up after wearing them for only an hour! I only found out when I purchased one (not from his store). I went to a lot of sunglass shops at malls everywhere for years and they couldn't help me replace my nosepads with hypoallergenic ones. One day, I tagged along with my friend who got his eyeglass lenses adjusted and that's when I met Eric. He fixed my issue like it was nothing! He ordered the replacement nosepads and after a week, I could finally use my Raybans! Fast forward to today, I now own 2! He custom-fit both of them so they feel like they were made just for me. He also taught me a lot of things about Raybans and sunglasses in general. If only I can give give Eric and Optic Fusion more than 5 stars, I would! Highly recommended. Worth the drive. read more

Eric is absolutely amazing! I found this place completely randomly when I complemented somebody on their glasses. Wasn't sure if they offered kids glasses though. I was looking for a pair of glasses for my daughter that are very durable but preferably light weight. We have been getting Vogue glasses from Lenscrafters for the past 4 years. We usually go through 3-4 pairs a year as they stretch out & break. Plus they do leave a mark on my daughter's nose. We met with Eric and he showed us this super lightweight durable frame which is completely customizable in terms of colors. My daughter has never been this excited about glasses! We placed the order and the glasses were ready next day. Best decision ever and the price for a complete frame actually beat the price of Lenscrafters glasses. Now the cherry on top was that Eric also makes custom made sunglasses!
