Let me just start by saying the Optic Fusion has the best, hippest frames around. If you're looking for something unique, here is your place. I've shopped all around the valley so I know this from experience. But what really sets Optic Fusion apart from the rest is simply Eric. This guy is amazing! After stopping in with my girlfriend and trying on so many pairs of frames and not buying anything .. I mentioned my current frames that were broken. They were hi-end glasses so I didn't want to just toss them out .. and guess what - he said he could fix them! He ordered two springs for very little $ and after a few days he managed to get them apart and he fixed them! That is unbelievable - and that's what Eric is about .. by far the best service I have ever encountered anywhere, not to mention the coolest frames around .. I'm sold, and I'm definitely getting my next pair of glasses here! read more

Optic Fusion - My new glasses AWESOME - Eyewear & Opticians Near Me - Tarzana, California

Friday afternoon someone broke into my car and stole my RX sunglasses. Why they would do that is beyond me but it was the only pair i had and I can't drive without them So I remember there was this really nice man professional excellent optician a few blocks from my business and i thought let's go to his store even though I know there is no way I'm going to get Rx sunglasses sooner than a few days anyway I went in told him my problem and he it's about 3 days. I said fine. I don't how he picked up on it but he saw my dispear and he said you know what if it's that important to you I'm going to make a call to the lenses distributor and if he has you prescription in stock I'm going to get I my car and drive across town to pick them up and make it happen for you tonight even if I have to stay late. I said why would you do that and he simply said because that what I do Sure enough he stayed open late just to cut shaped tinted and installed into the one of the most beautiful frames that he had in stock. I didn't ask him how much it would be because I didn't care I would have paid anything since I had to be driving all weekend But when I picked them up he was so reasonable and expecting to pay much more I had to give him a little extra after what he did for me. I mean in this world today who does this. Please go this man's optical shop and tell everyone about him He is truly an angel. Thank you Eric read more

Let me tell you right now, nobody does customer service like Eric. Nobody. He goes above and beyond, making sure that you get only the best for you. Ok, so I am allergic to RayBan's silicon nosepads. Like my nose and up to my cheeks and forehead swell up after wearing them for only an hour! I only found out when I purchased one (not from his store). I went to a lot of sunglass shops at malls everywhere for years and they couldn't help me replace my nosepads with hypoallergenic ones. One day, I tagged along with my friend who got his eyeglass lenses adjusted and that's when I met Eric. He fixed my issue like it was nothing! He ordered the replacement nosepads and after a week, I could finally use my Raybans! Fast forward to today, I now own 2! He custom-fit both of them so they feel like they were made just for me. He also taught me a lot of things about Raybans and sunglasses in general. If only I can give give Eric and Optic Fusion more than 5 stars, I would! Highly recommended. Worth the drive. read more

Eric the owner is really a master at adjusting glasses. I wear progressive lens glasses and they are very demanding to adjust right. This guy is just terrific at analyzing when they are even just a little bit crooked and how to make them right. I was so impressed I bought an extra pair of glasses to use for my sport. read more

I've been coming to Optic Fusion since 2012. I originally found it after reading reviews on Yelp. What makes Eric and this place so special is his impeccable taste, his KNOWLEDGE of optics and glasses, and his ability to CUSTOMIZE. He is very artistic. I've commissioned him to do several pieces of custom eye wear, they always look amazing. My first pair of glasses from Optic Fusion were by a brand I've never seen before, they are very lightweight, and unique and I still get compliments on them every time I wear them 6 years later. The vision through them, and all of the glasses I've gotten from Eric is PERFECT. I'm submitting photos of some of the glasses I've gotten. read more

Eric at Optic Fusion is not only extremely knowledgeable but has an amazing eye for quality. I have a very difficult prescription and had gotten used to a poor selection of frame choices and thick undesirable lenses. Eric changed that all for me not only do I love to wear my beautiful glasses I can actually see... "Yes I can actually see, perfectly..".. Optic Fusion is a gem among gems. The service was exceptional and the knowledge was impressive. I needed an emergency replacement on a pair of glasses so I stopped in Optic Fusion and thats where I meet Eric the owner. He was able to replace the lenses in a very short period of time. While waiting I got to talking to Eric and was impressed with his knowledge of optics which extended beyond eye glasses. In my business I work with high precision optics and was very impressed with just how much Eric knew beyond just eye glasses. I ended up buying a high end pair of prescription sunglasses. Because of Eric's exceptional service and knowledge, I left the store that day with most amazing pair of sunglasses and felt good about my purchase. Thank you Eric, I will come back read more

Eric deserves more than 5 stars for sure. He is the nicest guy, goes to great lengths to make sure you've thought of everything, great eyeglass selection, great work. Optic Fusion provides excellent customer service. In particular, Eric was so kind to me. I bought a pair of Valentino glasses two weeks ago from the Valentino store on Rodeo. The glasses stretched out very quickly and Valentino refused to exchange them. So, I stumbled upon Eric and Optic Fusion. He was welcoming and fixed the glasses with expertise in less than 5 minutes. Bottom line: I feel like he provided better customer than Valentino! Thank you, Eric!! read more

Eric is great. He goes out of his way to get you what you need when you need it. I've just ordered my third pair from him.

I admit I was going to purchase from a chain store so I was shopping around on price so I thought I would check YELP and see if there were any private retailers in the area as well. Not only did he beat the other prices, but the quality and personal service did not even compare to the mass production selections from large stores. I walked away with a few pairs as I brought in some nice frames that I had stored away over the years and he fitted new lens in those for me plus I purchased a new pair. I am a customer for as long as he will put up with me ;) I have popped into have Eric adjust my frames and he is so kind and patient. You will be most pleased with the selection and the time he caters to you~ read more

Eric is absolutely amazing! I found this place completely randomly when I complemented somebody on their glasses. Wasn't sure if they offered kids glasses though. I was looking for a pair of glasses for my daughter that are very durable but preferably light weight. We have been getting Vogue glasses from Lenscrafters for the past 4 years. We usually go through 3-4 pairs a year as they stretch out & break. Plus they do leave a mark on my daughter's nose. We met with Eric and he showed us this super lightweight durable frame which is completely customizable in terms of colors. My daughter has never been this excited about glasses! We placed the order and the glasses were ready next day. Best decision ever and the price for a complete frame actually beat the price of Lenscrafters glasses. Now the cherry on top was that Eric also makes custom made sunglasses! I told him about my husband's constant struggle with finding sunglasses that fit his big head :)) we came in all together on Saturday and Eric already had made a pair of custom sunglasses for my husband to try on. How cool is that? My husband was so happy. We decided we wanted a different lense style and color and the sunglasses will be ready today. So happy I found this amazing business! read more
