I truly appreciate the level of Customer Service provided by Edgar and Alex. They both went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I purchased the right eye glasses. I shopped around for about 8 months before I found LAtinoptical and they offered the most efficient and affordable frames, lenses and perfect turn around time. I definitely recommend LAtinoptical. I will be back there soon for a second pair:) read more

My experience with Edgard was less than professional---as soon as I got my glasses back and they were not right. When I first went in he was nice and we talked dogs and he presented himself well. I was working on my car to travel and he came out to see what I had done. However, that changed when my tri-focals came back that I paid $350 dollars for, and were not right. There was no 'reader' for me to look at my phone. The lenz was blurry and the glasses could not be worn. He refused to give me my money back. I should have gone to Costco instead of giving my hard earned cash to a small business. He also attacked me via text (which I have on file if anyone wants to read let me know) telling me that he knew I wanted my money back for my car build. It was a personal and very unprofessional response. I would not go to this place of business again nor suggest you spend your time and money there. read more

This place is amazing Great Help I needed an emergency repair on my reading glasses. Edgard was the gentleman that was helping me. he repaired the glasses while I waited. I asked how much and Edgard stated no Charge, which was crazy as I am sure he had to use parts to repair my glasses as the filament that held my lens in place was broke. I left him a good size tip instead. Individuals like this should be praised AMAZING FIND if you need glasses or repairs this is the place!!! read more

I don't regret stopping by here this afternoon; I've never gone to this area before, but a friend recommended to stop by. I walked into the little store and was greeted happily by the employee and the owner. Since my eyeglass lenses broke earlier in the week, I've decided to come and check it out. They helped me right away especially because I had my prescription with me. They gave me new lenses in less than 15 minutes. The best part is that they fixed it [the lenses] at an affordable price and in a reasonable time. This eyeglasses store is definitely worth stopping by if any reparations are needed or even buying new glasses. Don't forget to bring your prescription-that helps with not having to come back and forth. Otherwise, the quality and cleanliness of the store was in excellent condition and amount of friendliness was great. read more

Been coming here for years and I always receive great service. It's a bilingual business which is great!

Thank you so much Edgard for the professional and pleasant experience. You were always available when I needed you even after I received my frames. The new style is legit and fun. I love the Polaroid frames. The owner is fluent in English and Spanish. PSA: People! You must stop by, the prices are unbelievable and the quality is amazing. Again thank you so much. I will definitely be seeing you soon for other frames and sunglasses too. read more

Edgard is a nice gentleman and runs a professional glasses shop. While other places were charging upwards of $300 to change my lenses, EC Optical changed it for way less than that. On top of that, he changed my lenses in about 15 minutes, where competitors would take over a few days to change it. His competitive prices and great customer service definitely earned my business as a repeat customer. Highly recommend! read more

En Español más abajo I went in for a single vision job and a prescription polarized job. I had called ahead to ask if the store was still open and they were (they close at 6 and do not open Tuesday). I went in and Edgard was very helpful in getting me the single Vision frame I wanted, and as well was very kind enough to explain the difference between polarized and tinted lenses (he showed me an example of tinted lenses which come with uv protection!!!) While he explained he told me examples of which lense was better suited to a certain application. In the end I left with a single vision lense that he was able to make in under 20 using my prescription and would come back later for my prescription polarized lense job. All in all a very great place to get your glasses made and very budget friendly. All you have to have is your prescription and Edgard will very much be able to make your lenses. If you're Looking for a great place to get sunglasses or a type of job which requires prescription wether it be single vision or a tinted or polarized job, nothing will beat this place for the price and kindness offered.
