Unfortunately, they didn't have them in black, but the owner offered to order them if she wanted. They also carried a new similar version in store from the same brand and helped her try on different pairs. The employees were never pushy and the man behind the counter was really nice. We didn't feel pressured to purchase anything, but we ended up getting a pair of Celine sunglasses. The store itself was clean and the selection was good. When I go to places like Sunglass Hut or Solistics I always feel pressure from the sales associates to buy. However here I feel comfortable taking my time looking at the selection and making my decision. Al let me look at about 15 pairs before rouding down to 4 and finally down to 2. I liked a Dior pair and a Chanel pair which was more than I wanted to spend so I thought to myself perhaps I'd just get one, however Al gave me a deal I could not refuse and I left with 2 pairs. Great variety of brand names, great DEALS, and great people. I went in to take advantage of a BOGO deal for Ray Bans. The two guys here were awesome. One guy's name was Lucky (and I did confirmed that it was real) and the other guy, well, I didn't get his name but he was the person helping me one on one and he was great, too. I went there alone and they helped me chose what looked best on me :) I would say that the downside of the store it is that they are forced to stay with you because they have to unlock each row that you want a pair of sunglasses or frames from. I'm sure it would have knocked off 10 minutes out of the 40 I spent there by just being able to grab ones I wanted to try but I understand they have to keep their items safe and well...the guys were pleasant to be around so I didn't mind. Bought some ray bans here yesterday. I came here looking for sunglasses because of the yelp check in deal for $50 off, which is awesome since their initial prices are not any more than other places. The guy in charge (I forget his name) was awesome. I am a pretty indecisive shopper, so a lot of times I just need to be left alone to try on glasses and it can be obnoxious having a salesperson looking over my shoulder and commenting on everything I try on. This guy was very mellow and left me to myself most of the time to browse. This welcoming and friendly guy, manager?, was extremely helpful and enthusiastic, which helped me make my decision quickly to one good solid pair of a classy, metal framed Marc Jacobs pair. I am giving this business 2 stars for the fair pricing after using my groupon. However, without the groupon, the prices of those sunglasses are actually a bit more expensive compared to other high retail chains like Nordstrom. Saw this same sunglass I purchased at Lux Eyewear in the Nordstrom site for $249. At Lux Eyewear, it was about $289, but with groupon, it went down to $239. To anyone who wants to purchase their sunglasses here, I highly recommend you get the groupon package, otherwise it's not worth it. Also the person at the counter was kind of rude. Definitely not coming back. A word of advice to the people at this store, a little bit of enthusiasm goes a long way in building customer relationship.
