Today I went in to fix my two sunglasses and Thomas did a great job. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and this is not the first time I've stepped inside this nice store. Always a good experience. Thank you! read more

I absolutely loved my experience here overall. Maria was so kind and sweet, and she helped my husband and me choose the best frames at a great price! One small area for improvement would be the front desk staff. Unfortunately, they came across as a bit rude and unwelcoming. I didn't feel like they were eager to help, and at times it felt more uncomfortable than inviting. I hope that's something that can improve, because aside from that, everything else was a wonderful experience. read more

If you're looking for quality care and product, consider Larchmont Optometrics. The staff has always made me feel heard and have been incredibly helpful. There have been a few times my screws were loose or a lens popped out and they kindly helped me fix it in between my annual appointment. To top it off, this location is perfect if you want to take a stroll to get a coffee. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and retail shops to explore just down the street. Before or after your appointment, grab a coffee and take a stroll. Make a little adventure out of your visit! read more

I've been going to Larchmont Optometrics for at least six years now, probably more, and they've been wonderful every step of the way. The entire team is incredibly helpful, compassionate, and attentive, and you never feel rushed during appointments. They have a great selection of glasses that are both stylish and high quality, and they are always willing to accommodate scheduling needs or fit you in when something comes up. It is rare to find a practice that is this professional and genuinely caring. I highly recommend them. read more

Eye Came, Eye Saw, Eye Slayed I've been going to Dr. Arpie Bosnoyan, O.D., for over three years now, and I truly can't imagine trusting anyone else with my glasses and contacts. The team here always goes above and beyond. From eye exams to frame fittings, everything feels seamless and supportive. Their selection of designer glasses is --think Prada, Gucci, Miu Miu (which, by the way, I just snagged a pair of and I'm obsessed). But what really sets this place apart is the front office staff. They're warm, honest, and genuinely helpful. Like chic optometry aunties who'll tell you the truth if a frame isn't flattering--no pressure, just care. Special shoutout to Marcia, who fitted my nose pads on my latest pair and got them just right. She even told me to pop in anytime for a readjustment if needed--above and beyond! I recently made the switch from gas permeable lenses to soft contacts, and Dr. Bosnoyan made the transition so easy. She walked me through the care process and patiently showed me how to insert and remove them (a very different experience!). They also text reminders for appointments and let me know the moment my orders are ready--super convenient. Bonus: they take my insurance! All in all, this place is a gem. Shoutout to Marcia and the lovely ladies behind the counter. Can't wait for my next appointment to see what frames we're falling in love with next. read more

It was so easy to get in! My glasses came right in the time frame they had. It's just so efficient and the people are lovely!

Dr. Patel was awesome! Super helpful and clear in her explanations. Same with staff member i saw for preliminary tests. Calm, professional vibe in this office. read more

I've been coming to this optometrist for over 3 years now and i couldn't be happier! The staff is always so welcoming. It's clean and all the rooms are tidy. I love the Dr. she has always been so helpful when it comes any concerns I've had with my vision. I don't think I'd ever switch optometrist as long as they're here. Also the location is convenient because my dentist office is right across the street so it makes it easy for me to already be familiar with the area. read more

These guys are great! the optometrist really know their stuff, and they carry a lot of very nice glasses.

I love this optometrist! I have been coming here for three years now and every time I go it is a pleasant experience! Their staff is very kind and helpful, answering any question that I may have. Also, their Dr is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They have a great selection of frames that will be sure to match whatever style that you are looking for. I highly recommend this optometrist to anyone that is looking for a new optometrist! read more

I had to get a new prescription and I decide to give a second chance to this place after all the Dr Arpie it's very good she's always professional and takes her time with patients, she alone deserves 5 stars for sure. Also Sonia is always nice and helpful. I can't go more than 3 stars because they never did anything about the wrong prescription. I tried but I still got nothing. So I think a solid 3 for this place is good. read more

1st time customer. Donna helped me today and boy did I receive some incredible customer service . Not only did she walk me through my script and the pros and cons of progressive lenses but she pointed out my new frames I bought at another retailer which were out of network frames were in fact available through the their store, so Donna saved me a couple hundred dollars by leveraging my insurance plan . You can tell this business values good customer service, it was busy! It's hard to find good customer service these days but it's clear Larchemont optometric gets it. I'm so happy with the experience I plan to do my next eye exam with them as well! read more

Fast, clean, fun variety, reliable and great customer service. My husband started coming here too , since 2018 this has been our only optometrist. read more

This place used to be great, but last time I went in they switched doctors on me and didn't bother to tell me. Who does that? The new dr. was running three rooms at one time, , i've never in my life seen any doctor RUSH through an appointment like that - or THREE - and now I'm stuck with two sets of glasses that hurt my eyes, she didn't read the notes from the last doctor.. Hope the tripple appointment rate they got at the expense of the headache I'll have for the next two years is worth it for them read more

My previous optician left me in a bind: I couldn't see well with the glasses they sold me, and said they couldn't help me. My insurance company authorized a new exam and lenses, a sort of clean slate, and I chose Larchmont. Dr. Bosnoyan was patient and thorough, and I trust her with my eyes. The real surprise came from Sonia. It was she who determined that the expensive frames I'd bought at the other optician did not fit correctly with my prescription. I wear progressive lenses and never should have been fitted with this frame. One of the staff, Marina, overheard the conversation and immediately called my insurance company, and got them to authorize new frames. It's very rare to experience this high degree of customer service and satisfaction. The glasses are great, and this is a team of experts! read more

Do not use or make an attempt to book an appointment online on their website. They have a pretty website, but that is all it is. They do not take their online presence seriously, and when a potential customer calls to follows up they make it seem as if it isn't their responsibility. There are plenty of other Optometry offices in this city that would be more welcoming. Welcome to the new digital age L.O. read more

I've been a patient at Larchmont Optometrics since 1998. I love these ladies. They are so very helpful and attentive. Marina and Sonia are thee best. Sonia literally picks all of my frames for me now. I won't even get them unless she approves. . She knows what looks good on my face more than I do. Their customer service is impeccable. And they do not hesitate to help you with any trouble you may be having regarding your exams or eyewear. I've brought my mother, my grandmother and both of my children to this practice and will continue to do so as long as we are both still here. I highly recommend this practice! read more

I have been going here for years for my eye appointments and glasses. I recently had readers installed in my fave glasses and a few months later my RX had already changed and they were gracious and kind enough to replace the lenses for me. Everyone who works here is a total class act and I wouldnt go anywhere else in la. I've also been having a hard time getting the right contacts bc I have astigmatism in one eye and need progressive lenses and they were great and I went back in for a second appt to try to figure out lenses that will work for my eyes comfortably. read more

If you have an once of self respect do not go to them. Terrible customer service. Rude front desk..no greetings, no "how are you"? Barked at me like a dog and made me feel unwelcomed.. There are so many optometrists in LA with the same lenses and glasses. I will make sure to tell my huge roster of clients how I was treated here. read more

This is the best optometrist I've ever been to! Of course I get my eyes checked every year and wear a fairly low prescription, so I'm not a super high maintenance customer (yet?) but the glasses options they have to choose from are the BEST in LA. My dad even drives up from orange county because of their selection and easy process. The staff is always so beyond helpful as well. Sonya helps me every time pick out the best glasses and is so so helpful with the entire process. Couldn't recommend this place enough! I'll be a lifetime customer for sure. read more

This is the place you're looking for. My dad and I both agree that Dr. Bosnoyan is first rate, the strongest optometrist either of us have had. Sonia is a real professional at picking frames, she has the knowledge and experience and absolutely knows what works on people. Marina runs a tight ship and keeps everything on track. Obviously I think this shop is top shelf. And I've been wearing glasses for 45 years. Recommend. (and the parking is nice and easy) read more

I can't say enough good things about Larchmont Optometrics. Sonia and her staff are amazing. I got my RX done by them but chose to go to another place (SEE Optical) to get my frames and lenses... a dumb mistake on my part. The short of it is that SEE Optical couldn't fill my prescription correctly or in a timely manner that it physically affected my eyesight. (I had to use my readers as my everyday glasses while waiting through multiple rounds of lenses) I took my SEE frames and lenses to Sonia to double-check the Rx on them and found the first round of lenses to have incorrect optical centers, then the second round had astigmatism in one eye that the Rx didn't call for. The SEE frames looked great, but they were uncomfortable and creaky...and the Rx was off. All through this Sonia was nothing but helpful and caring while dealing with my crummy odyssey with SEE, all while knowing that I chose to go to another place for frames and lenses. She never tried to sell me on new frames and lenses or give me an "I told you so" look. She just wanted to figure out why I was not happy with the lenses and frames that someone else made. I ended up getting a revised Rx from their eye doctor at no additional charge, and they gave me a 50% discount on new replacement lenses. Through all this, my eyes still had trouble with the lenses. Along with the eye strain from wearing readers all day they also found that the size of the SEE frames where also affecting my Rx. They were much too big for the prescription. I gave my old non-SEE frames to Sonia and she made new lenses free of charge. It took me months to get the proper glasses when I should've just gone to Larchmont and been done with it in days. If you need glasses in the Mid-City area, just go to these Ladies. Or even if you don't live near Larchmont Village...They will take great care of you. They are not some chain that needs to push numbers or "Talk to corporate" and it shows. Park at Chiplote, walk next door to Larchmont Optometrics and ask for Sonia. read more

I went back and had an entirely different experience. This time I went with my daughter. Our appointment was at the same time. They saw us both back to back, gave us options and were beyond kind and professional. I think I was just having a bad day last time and should have spoken up when I was waiting endlessly in the waiting room. Sorry guys. read more

Upon arrival, Larchmont Optometric greeted me very warmly and professionally. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what she was about to do and the result of my examination. She answered my questions, and I didn't feel rushed; it was the care I had been searching for. In my previous experience with prior opticians, they pressured me into buying their eye vitamins and eye masks for sleeping and told me that my prescription for my eye had changed and that I needed to get new glasses each time. This time, it was not the case. The Doctor said I had a slight change from my prior prescription; she provided me with my new prescription and allowed me to decide whether or not to move forward with the new prescription. This was a huge plus for me. At times, providing a review is imperative; this allows others to make a transparent choice of what to look for and an honest evaluation of how a business provides good customer service. Larchmont Optometric, for one, will receive five stars from me. read more

I have been meaning to Post this review for a couple weeks now . This is the best most friendly. And professional establishment. I happened to be walking by and when in to ask about a sunglass repair . The wonderful young lady said to come back tmrw as the tech would be in . I asked if she had an idea as to what the charge might be ... she raised and lowered her hand signaling NONE ! I didn't even purchase my glasses there :) This is the kind of neighborhood establishment that deserves our patronage Thank you :-). read more

I don't have enough great words to use to review this business. I'm a new customer with an amazing experience. The staff moved heaven and earth to accommodate what was poor communication on my part to get my problems solved. They were hugely helpful, kind, more than considerate and went way out of the way to fix me on what was fast becoming a long holiday weekend. I'm beyond grateful and thankful to have them as my new provider. read more

I'm not the sort of person who takes the time to write online reviews -- only when I'm driven either by anger over a bad experience or, as in this case, a genuine feeling of overwhelming gratitude. I'll keep this short and simply say that I recently went through a protracted ordeal involving my eyeglass prescription that involved numerous lenses having to be sent back and replaced, putting no small amount of stress and strain on Larchmont Optometrics -- further exacerbated by my impossible schedule requiring them to jump through constant hoops to accommodate me. Any typical store staff would have become impatient with me. Not only was this not the case, Sonia and her team engaged with a level of attention and care one would expect from a medical doctor and her team, patiently working with me to get my glasses right, and even providing invaluable guidance in navigating the complex process with my doctors. This is a very special shop that truly cares about its customers. I wish all of my doctors provided the same level of care and interest as Sonia! read more

I had my eye exam with Dr. Arpie Bosnoyan about a month ago, who did a thorough job. I've been wearing glasses with the prescription she wrote for me for ~3 weeks now, and they're great! My experience with curb-side pickup for my glasses was a little strange - one of the ladies came out to hand me my glasses while I sat in the car. When I asked for adjustments, she used her hands to bend the frames while still standing by my car. She did not lay them on a flat surface to ensure they were straight nor used any tools. When I got home, I saw that the frames were crooked some, so adjusted them myself (I've worked in the eyecare industry for a few years so have some experience doing adjustments). Other than that bit, I had a good experience otherwise. The office has a medium array of frames to choose from, and my prescription glasses were ready in 1.5 weeks. read more

Love this place. I didn't go here for years because the glasses are not inexpensive. But I went for their eye exam and it was very thorough and reasonably priced. Larchmont Optometrics is hands down the best optometrist I've ever been to -- and I've tried many. The optometrists know what they are doing, listen and discuss your prescription with you, as well as options for different types of lenses, etc., so they get your glasses just right. They use high quality lenses with lots of options for different types (high index, anti-glare). The receptionists are not only professional and easy to work with, but go out of their way to personalize their services. I came back to Larchmont Optometrics after I moved out of LA city, which caused some logistical challenges due to the distance, and they were helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend Larchmont Optometics and, in fact, would never go anywhere else! read more
