Focus on how good glasses look!
    Aaron W.

They are my new optometry! After moving to Burbank I wanted something closer. They have an easy, accessible office and building. It's bright and there's good energy. I got two different glasses and they were helpful with my insurance, giving me detailed explanation on how everything work. Dr Choi is personable and friendly. I definitely recommend their office!

It's happened before so the doctor looked at it and saw an eyelash and pulled it out no problem. I called since I'm having a similar issue. Now they refuse to help me. I decided to try Dr. Hakopian and I was so pleased with my overall experience. She was very thorough and spent about 45 minutes with me. She carefully and patiently did an eye exam for me after I expressed I have sensitive eyes and explained every process step by step and went over the results, unlike other doctors I've been to who don't even go over your results with you. She went over my original prescription given by my previous doctor & compared it to the new prescription she was going to give me. She actually showed me on the machine the difference between my old & new prescription & how differently I was seeing between both lenses. She made recommendations to the new lenses she was going to give me & explained why she's going to prescribe those specific numbers & how that would be most beneficial for me. It's been almost 3 months since I've been using these new glasses & they are perfect! Such a major difference from the previous one to this one. No headaches, no blurriness. She doesn't take my insurance so I had to pay out of pocket, but I took a chance anyway and it was worth it!!! Very happy with my first visit with Dr. Hakopian. Her staff is also welcoming & helpful and their office is clean & organized. Highly recommend

I made an appointment here. I told them my symptoms, rapid loss of vision, extreme pain and sensitivity to light. When I went in it was mostly fine until I saw the doctor. I had mentioned pain and light sensitivity. He shone a flashlight into my eye and I was struggling against the pain to keep my eye open. The doctor showed a complete lack of bedside manner. He said "Cmon man you need to open your eye!" and became increasingly frustrated. It was physically impossible to keep by eye open normally with the light being shone into it tears were running down my face and all was an impossible blur. After a few seconds he threw his arms up and said "you have a cataract, yup" We then handled exit paperwork. I had a sneaking suspicion Dr. Eghbali botched the exam as he was totally frustrated and unprofessional. So I went to a normal optometrist hole in the wall for second opinion. I was given a priority referral and am now scheduled for my operation. Dr Eghbali's diagnosis was incorrect and wholly irresponsible. His mis-diagnosis could have led to a permanent loss of vision for myself. I was very lucky. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Dr. Hirji is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. What stood out most to me was how well she listened. I had been dealing with symptoms for a long time and she took the time to really hear my concerns and explain what was happening with my eyes. She also set very clear and realistic expectations about the procedure and the recovery, which I appreciated. The procedure itself went very smoothly, and I felt very comfortable in her care. Her staff and office were also very well organized. They were upfront about the length of appointments and scheduling so there were no surprises, which made the whole process much easier. If her office were closer to my home (it's a 24-mile drive and roughly an hour each way for me, longer if traffic is backed up), I would absolutely continue seeing her long term. My initial referral appointment took place in March 2026. I then returned twice in April 2026 for additional diagnostic testing and to complete required consent forms. Despite complying with all requested appointments and documentation, I was informed on May 6, 2026, by Alicia that there is currently no available building or facility to complete the cataract removal procedure and that approval has not yet been obtained through my insurance. This ongoing delay has become detrimental to my overall quality of life. My vision impairment continues to affect my daily functioning, independence, safety, and emotional well-being. I am deeply concerned that this matter reflects a lack of urgency, empathy, and proper coordination of care. The prolonged postponement of medically necessary treatment feels neglectful and has caused unnecessary stress and suffering. I respectfully request immediate clarification regarding:* The current status of insurance authorization* The expected timeline for surgery approval and scheduling* What actions are being taken to prevent further delays in care I also request that this grievance be formally documented and reviewed by management, patient relations, and any appropriate oversight department. Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious matter. I look forward to a timely resolution and appropriate follow-up. Sincerely, Bobby Strong

My friend had SMILE done by Dr. Lee about 9 months before I began diving seriously into the procedures. I met with 2 other clinics, but ultimately chose CCRS because of the fact that my fiance and I met with Dr. Lee during the consultation itself. He stayed with us for almost an hour to walk me through my options and his recommendations. He appeared to be intelligent, empathic, humorous, and above all, he was straight with me. Other clinics with a dedicated marketing operations team are a lot more sales-y, so I felt more comfortable with Dr. Lee, and all my appointments have been so streamlined and efficient. I was a good candidate for either SMILE or LASIK, but based on my preferences for longevity, I went with LASIK. Paperwork and pre-procedure instructions were sent to me in advance, and overall I think it went smoothly! I wasn't bothered at all by the lasers as I knew what to expect. I'm currently on days 5-6 of recovery and will be seeing Dr. Lee in another follow-up appointment next week. My vision continues to fluctuate a bit but that's a normal part of healing. My fiance is also interested in getting his refractive surgery done by Dr. Lee, and I recommended a family friend to him recently too. CCRS has free parking onsite, located nearby excellent Korean food, and facilities are super clean. Staff are friendly and highly efficient. So far, I'm happy with my results, which I hope will continue to improve.

However, a couple years later, one of my eye regressed very quickly to a point where I couldn't see clearly driving (pretty much driving reliant on my one good eye). So I decided to return for a 2nd lasik procedure. The first time I didn't feel any pain and thought it was a very fast procedure. The 2nd time, however, there were pain and I was actually squirming trying to hold off the pain. Procedure went well for another couple years. Fast forward to today, the vision in one eye is very bad while the other eye is slowly regressing, no longer 20/20. I know I had bad astigmatism but I was under the assumption that it would at least last many years before it regressed again. My questions are , do you guys offer free post touch-up laser surgery? I would love to get a fix or and adjustment. I work night shift and it's making it very hard to drive at night, especially with the halos and headlights. My 2nd question, do you recommend any other procedures besides Lasik for a permanent fix? I feel like a 3rd lasik procedure would be risky and cause too many side effects.
