The water station had delicious fresh iced water, everything was clean and staff in the back were very nice and asked if I needed help despite the kiosk which I appreciated. I ordered the classic burger and my favorite shake: coconut based cookies and cream. It was just as amazing as I remembered. I can't believe it's been nearly a year since my last fix... I'm already planning my next visit (maybe to the SF one next!). I am mostly plant based so I really love the concept of this restaurant! It's 100% plant based- every single thing here is vegan. I've brought many meat eaters here who all love it as well. The ingredients are always fresh and amazing and I never feel sick afterwards, regardless of how much I eat. I love the burgers and fries but the milkshakes are the best part in my opinion. I always get the coconut based and it doesn't have an overpowering coconut flavor. Every shake I've tried has been mouthwatering, but the peanut butter and cookies and cream are my favorite. I did notice my paper straw was getting soggy towards the end of my shake today so my only recommendation would be to find a different type of compostable straw. It didn't detour me in the least from guzzling the whole thing though. I would highly recommend NLB especially if you're plant based! It will become your new favorite place.
