I've come here a few times and each times I've enjoyed my meal. The first time I came here was with my family (about 15 people on a Saturday evening) we didn't have a reservation but were seated right away. The first time I came I ordered the lobster garlic noodles and they were really tasty, lots of lobster and even had leftovers for lunch. My kids both liked their food- one ordered the pizza kids meal and the other the sliders. There was a few mishaps on the first visit, some of the people in our group waited a while to get their food and we ask for condiments twice before we got them, but hey it was busy and we were a large group. On my second visit I order the fish and chips and they were good, fish was crispy and again, the serving was huge! My kids ordered the same thing on our second visit and they had no complaints. Both times we were seated fast. It is a sports bar and it does get busy and loud so if that's something you don't like, maybe skip it or request to sit outside! I would come here again! read more

Yard House is one of my husband's and my absolute favorite spots for a late-night date night. We've probably been here--and to other locations across California and even in San Antonio, Texas--close to 100 times, and it never disappoints! There are so many things we love on the menu. Our favorite appetizers are the poke nachos, spinach dip, and the jumbo pretzel (the pretzel is my personal favorite--so good!). For lighter options, the tomato bisque and house salad are always solid choices. For entrées, we've tried quite a bit and have several favorites: the grilled chicken and avocado sandwich, salmon plates, fish tacos, cilantro lime chicken, and especially the whiskey glazed salmon and Mediterranean salmon--those are absolute favorites for me. I also really love the Mediterranean veggie burger. My husband is more of a meat eater and used to love their Beyond Burger, which they've since changed to a veggie version--he says it's not quite as good as before, but still decent. The classic burger is also very good. And the lobster garlic noodles? Amazing. For dessert, the cheesecake brûlée is a must-try. And I can't forget the drinks--they are some of the best! I love the Coco Passion, Midnight Sangria, Sunset Sangria, and the Dragon Fruit Cosmo. Everything is always so flavorful and well-made. Amazing happy hour deal with big portions! We ordered the chicken tenders and the chicken nachos. The nachos were huge and loaded with toppings including beans, cheese, sour cream, guac, tomatoes, and jalapeños. The chicken tenders came with about 5-6 of average size pieces, plus fries. The service was quick and the waitress refilled my water constantly without prompting, which I appreciated. My friend took me here to celebrate my birthday. We were immediately seated. However, no one came over to even bring us water more all is if we were ready to order for almost 10 mins. There were many waiters available from what we saw. When our waitress did come, she was great. She provided great drink and food selections She also was very warm and patient when I couldn't figure out exactly what I wanted to eat..lol. Strangely though she did not bring our drinks nor food out. 2-3 other people did. I don't know if that is how it normally is, but it was a bit weird not to have the same waitress come back each time. Our food was good. My friend ordered the Truffle burger and parmesan fries and I ordered the Maui pineapple chicken meal. My only complaint is the broccoli was cold. It took it waitress a little minute to come by, so I had to sit with the cold broccoli. She quickly apologized for it being cold and got a a new hot amount for me (That took a little minute to come from the kitchen as well). We arrived about 8pm on Easter Sunday and though we were a party of 8, we were quickly seated. Our waiter Josh arrived to greet us almost immediately, introduced himself and took our drink and appetizer order. When it was time to order our entrees we received awesome recommendations. Our food arrived well plated, just as ordered and without discrepancies. The establishment was well maintained, dimly lit with plenty of seating. Although music was being played we were still able to comfortably engage in conversation with one another in a discreet manner. Josh was attentive, efficient and engaging. Came here on a day they were playing the 9er game so it was packed! We were still able to get a table right away with no reservations, which was great. There are tvs everywhere, so you can see the game from pretty much anywhere you sit. They have a pretty big menu so we took a while to choose what we wanted to order. Our server was super patient and answered all of our questions. I ordered the spicy garlic edamame for the table. That was really good. Super flavorful! I could've ordered it again before we left! For my drink, I got the watermelon margarita. Instead of the salted rim, she suggested the sugar rim and that was a good suggestion. I ended up getting 2 more during dinner. For my entree, I chose the lobster garlic noodles and got extra sauce on the side. Also a really good pick. Lots of flavor and meat. It was a really big serving too so I had leftovers. Even the happy hour portions are huge, and we always tend to overestimate ourselves, ending up taking food to go. Our last visit was on Friday at around 3:30 p.m., which was a perfect time--there was plenty of parking nearby and not too many people. I have been to a bunch of Yard House locations over the years, in both California and Texas. On my latest business trip to the Bay Area I had the opportunity to visit the Concord location for the first time. Simply the best experience I have ever had at a Yard House. The Filet was impeccably prepared. My server Emily is on point! Congenial, efficient, knowledgeable about the business, and overall just an asset to this location. We came here from my daughter's birthday, because it was actually something she decided on. We got various appetizers, including the firecracker shrimp, the brussels sprouts, and the calamari. Each appetizer was absolutely delicious, though I do have to say I am partial to brussels sprouts because there's something about the flavor of that when they make it it's just so delicious. I ordered the lobster garlic noodles, solely based on a photo on yelp that I saw of it. It looked delicious, and I have to say it tasted just as delicious as the photo was. It is very heavy I will admit, like it tasted like there was a lot of butter or oil in it, so if you have a sensitive digestive system like I do, just be aware of that. Totally worth it in the end though, delicious flavor and they did not skimp on the lobster! It honestly looked like they put the claw meat and whatever else they get out of a lobster in it, and maybe they use the tail for another dish. I don't believe I saw tail meat, it really did look like smaller parts of meat, but I don't know for sure either and the flavor was not negatively impacted by this at all. I am currently pregnant, so I also did order a mocktail, I believe it was a pineapple spritzer or something like that, it was really good and refreshing, and a bonus was I got to share it with my daughter because it had no alcohol in it and she absolutely approved of it too We came at a somewhat busy time I think, the tables were all taken, but the service was not lacking. Our waiter and I noticed various other waiters as well, were very diligent in checking on their tables and providing excellent service. Because there were almost no empty tables at the time we went, it was rather loud, but definitely not to the point of not being able to enjoy the atmosphere. Coming back from a long drive stopped here for an early dinner and was good to go. We split a 20oz rib eye, mash potato and broccolini. We also had a Caesar salad and edamame to start off with. The salads were good and warm edamame's was a good start. The steak was a perfect medium rare and season well. The sauce on the side was good. Highly recommend for food food, service and beer!! We came in to watch games and sat by the bar. Staff was super friendly and would recommend beer and different types of food. I thought it would be mostly bar food but the menu offers variety of food! I tried spicy ahi stack and it's probably the most amazing ahi tartar I've tried with just $17! It even came with edamame's that gives really good texture. Other things I tried were chicken wings, pretzels and chicken lettuce wraps. Everything was delicious and beyond expectations. Decided on Yard House last minute, being relatively new to the area we didn't know the options we had around us. Yard House had the most options on their menus, food and drink. We joined the waitlist online before we left the house and by the time we got there, our table was ready. We initially had a 4 top table with 6 chairs, until I saw a booth open up. Asked the waitress if we could switch so we have more space for the kids and they swapped us no problem. The food was very flavorful, with Yard House being a chain restaurant we didn't know what to expect. Their drink selection was also great, when you walk in you can see all the beers they have on tap. The desserts were pretty good too, they give you a free cookie brownie slice with ice cream for your birthday. Another highlight of our visit was our waitress Drew! Have visited the Yard House a few times since October 2025 while working in the area. For the most part, this place is great. It's people like Jazzlynn who truly make it work coming here. And I hope I remembered the spelling of her name correctly. They have pretty decent happy hour specials that make it very affordable for most. Everything I've ordered has been excellent. From the Barria tacos to the chicken nacho's, everything was well prepared. I can say that this place can get extremely busy, and I tried to get here before 5 PM at the latest to get a seat for one at the bar. The noise level would be a tad on the noisy side with all the TV's etc., but the food and service offset that. As a side note, if you ever get to meet Sam from Milan as I did, you'll have an exceptional visit simply from the conversation. He is a well known regular and made my entire night tonight. Okay, I may be a bathroom snob and I only come here because my husband likes it so much. First thing I do when I enter a restaurant... is wash my hands. Came here yet again around opening... noon... and the right soap dispenser was blinking red and not releasing soap. I went to the front counter and told the manager and they instantly fixed... this is just many of the times I reported this situation in the past, common occurrence ... Please have staff check soap levels after closing and /or before opening. Thank you! Soap is very important in public places.... You like beer? You want beer? You want a lot of beer? Then Yard House is this kind of place!!!! They have beer. Lots and lots of beer. Even non-alcoholic beer, why!!! Also a decent wine list for us red drinkers. I'm sure they have a few Chardonnays for the local cougars also, just haven't looked. The stand out, in my humble opinion, is the freaking pretzel served on a hook like it's hanging from the gallows of old. This is a damn great pretzel. (Speisekammer take note how it's done). It's got a little crunch and soft in the middle with just the right amount of chuncky salt and mustard to along with it. This is a pretzel to be reckoned with. Let's move on to the liquor selection. Everything you'll want. I'm easy to please since I'm mostly a tequila guy. None of that 818 or Casamigos crap. Just the good stuff. Lots of other food options we have tried but can't recall a one. Open til 12:30 on Friday and Saturday and 11:00 the rest of the week. Great place to pop into before and after a movie. Takes care of us night owls on Friday and Saturday so we don't have to go to dive bars. Not that there is anything wrong with dive bars. My mom was polite but honest and Khalil jumped right into action asking if she would like the dish to be remade with the correct seasonings. The Yard House was an amazing place to enjoy a dinner with my colleagues. The Yard House was hosting an event for a special occasion. They were actually celebrity there, and I was very excited to see them. One of them was Ben Stiller from the movie meet the Fockers and I was so excited to see him. I have a group of friends that are going to eat here with me and he was very kind and gentle and he's like yeah you can go ahead and even though the party is happening. It's almost done and they're gonna end up. Going to a different location soon. So I took a picture and sent it to my fellow colleague. He walked in, and I saw my mentor Host us saving a table for us to sit down. It was a big table he saved, and he sat down got our waters, our beers and thankful to our stellar service provided by Isaac. Isaac was very attentive and helpful for helping us get our needs. We got the battered fish tacos. it came in too, but we got like six of them and And we got the six pieces for the vampire tacos. The battered fish tacos were amazing. They had like Sriracha aïoli and I could taste it. I love the spice, but my mentor doesn't really like spices so he didn't have it as much in it, but I love the crispy of it. It was super fresh and I got this beer. I forgot what it was but it was delicious delicious I feel like it went well l, paired well with it I had some of those finishing dip and we just order so many appetizers since we had so many with us we also had I mean rings I like the onion rings and many more thing. Very happy I came! I admittedly came here with very low expectations. It was the only kitchen open close to my hotel and I thought it was going to be a slightly upscale version of TGIFs. I was wrong. Yard house is a good place to meet friends, or family and have American style food with plenty of choices of beer. The menu can be hit or miss, but I find there more New American fare to be reliable. Appetizer wise I recommend the Firecracker Shrimp, the Onion Ring Stack, and their fries. The onion rings are perfectly cooked and they even sprinkle some Parmesan on them which was a nice touch. Their fries are also perfectly cooked, crunchy and good. The firecracker shrimp and spicy and perfectly battered and they give you a good amount of food. My husband really likes their salad and my father in law liked their burgers. I got the ahi tuna salad and it was pretty inedible. There was too much sesame oil and so much salt.
