5 Stars - Mila is a legit superstar at this Concord BWW! I'm a total Buffalo Wild Wings regular, BDubs Rewards member who hits up spots all over the Bay Area, but this Concord location is my home base. I come for the deals, the points that stack up, and the decent prices, especially on Tuesdays when I always roll in for the BOGO traditional wings. The food and drinks are usually solid for what you pay, but let's be real, you can't have it all. With those cheap wings and rewards, service is normally miserably slow and the staff gets sassy or gives you attitude when you ask them to actually punch in your rewards number for the discounts. I've come to expect it, so I usually just plant myself at the bar or do take out orders occasionally. But the last couple visits? Total game-changer thanks to Mila. First time my group got seated in her section. She was on it from the jump, every order spot-on, she grabbed my rewards info and stacked every deal I wanted without any eye-rolls, and she did the whole thing with this big genuine smile. Service was so ridiculously good I actually pulled her aside and said, "This is the best we've ever had here, and we've got tons of visits to compare it to." She just laughed it off and kept killing it. She's a great conversationalist! Next trip I was all set to hit the bar like always (Pablo's my go-to guy back there and he's solid), but I spotted Mila up front and we straight-up pivoted to beg for a table in her section. Boom, she was ours again and it was just as awesome the second time. I basically never write Yelp reviews, especially for chains, but Mila earned this one on top of her tip. She's an absolute shining star in a place where good service feels like winning the lottery. Management, if you're reading this, I hope you see it and give her the praise she deserves. I came to Buffalo Wild Wings expecting wings and a decent dining experience. Instead, I got a lesson in coupon mysteries and patience. My husband and I ordered wings expecting the Buy One, Get One Half Off deal, only to find out afterward that it only applies to bone-in wings--not boneless. Apparently, that tiny detail was too valuable to share before we ordered. A quick heads-up from our waitress would have saved us some disappointment. Speaking of our waitress, getting our order taken seemed to be lower on her priority list than just about everything else. Like all Buffalo Wild Wings, this one is no different. I had high hopes when I first went there but it was because it was super early and empty. Service actually started off strong, appetizers and drinks came out decently quick. But as more people came in, I didn't even see my server for 30 mins. The other server came by the tables around me very frequently and tables that ordered after us with that server got their food first. We never got our drinks after that and kept having to remind her. To Whom It May Concern I am writing to formally express my deep indignation and utter disgust regarding the deplorable experience I encountered today at your Buffalo Wild Wings What occurred was not only an absolute lack of professionalism but a disturbing display of disrespect and hostility toward a customer. The service was exasperating from start to finish. We arrived around 10:00 pm and no one came to help us then I decided to placing an online order, we were left waiting for over an hour. The waitress who "attended" late to us (who was also visibly and obviously involved in a romantic relationship with the manager on duty) showed a dismissive, inefficient, and completely rude attitude. While we were waiting we ordered drinks (virgin mojito and angry orchard beer ) The waitress got annoyed, saying they didn't have non-alcoholic mojitos and that the menu had changed--that none of the items listed were actually served--which seemed absurd, so I just said, "Okay, a regular mojito please , and put the shot on the side," After that, she didn't take our order for food, and the order we placed online was ready, so I went to pick it up and we sat down at the table. That's when the waitress came over quickly and said we had to leave because it was an online promotion--and I get that--but if everyone had been ignoring me up until then, I don't understand why the waitress suddenly showed up at that moment. Far from offering a solution for the excessive delay, the situation escalated to the unacceptable point where we were kicked out of the establishment. The most alarming part of the encounter occurred when I requested to speak with the manager to report the situation. This individual, who goes by the name of **Geovanne**, demonstrated an alarming level of ineptitude. Instead of acting like a trained leader capable of resolving conflict, his only response to my complaints was to repeatedly mock and condescend to me by saying, *"Come on, man."* He actively tried to demean and belittle us simply because we chose to order online. It is mind-boggling that a customer is penalized and treated as second-class for utilizing the company's official digital platform. This incident highlights an obvious reality: if the head of the restaurant lacks basic education, judgment, and fundamental customer service skills, it is only logical that the staff under his supervision is even worse. Giovani's mediocrity is directly reflected in the terrible behavior of the waitstaff. Given this experience, it is impossible not to question your company's hiring standards: Who hired someone so entirely incapable of running a restaurant? I didn't want to watch the Warriors game or the Niners game on my own tv so I decided to head out and watch it in a restaurant. Pro tip: game days or at least 49er game days, come here early. The hottest told me that people come in as early as 3pm. I ordered the trio chip thing which had queso, guac, and salsa. I also got 6 bone-in mild chicken. I had water and Pepsi as my drinks. I had the cheesecake with no caramel sauce. I was attended to by two servers. One only helped me from the beginning to my appetizer and he was wonderful. Things are definitely getting better. Before this last time I swore we would never go again, but with the AYCE deal we couldn't resist trying. We were seated right away. Pretty lucky since it was before a playoff game. Our server was very cool. Wish I remembered his name, but he took great care of us. Kept things going until we were stuffed. We started with 10 wings and a side of fries. I tried 2 different flavors and they both were good. The wings were fried well and of good size. I am extremely disappointed with our experience. Sixteen members of our family ate food from this establishment, and many of us became sick afterward with symptoms consistent with food poisoning. What was supposed to be a family gathering turned into a very stressful and unpleasant situation, with several people experiencing stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Food safety should be a top priority for any restaurant, and this experience has left us very concerned about the handling and preparation of the food. Having so many people become ill after eating the same meal is unacceptable. I hope management takes this matter seriously, investigates what happened, and makes the necessary changes to prevent other families from going through the same experience. With that said, service was very slow and our server was very short with us, curt even. We ordered wings, nachos, fries, and drinks. Ordering drinks at the beginning was quick but it was quite a while before our server came back to take our food order. We did like the wings and fries but the nachos were insanely dry. Just the top layer of chips had toppings, but there was barely any cheese. Would never order them again. I would get wings again but only if I have time to spare and a game to watch. My family and I came here over the weekend and the experience was horrible. We did the endless appetizers and ordered 2 kids meals and a regular entree. The appetizers took FOREVER. I guess they are endless but unless you have time to wait about 30 minutes between orders it's a waste. My kids never got their kids meal drinks. We had to ask several times for more water and even with multiple people at the table the waitress only brought one. When the bill came the waitress charged us for the more expensive endless appetizers even though we didn't order it nor did we order anything from it. Severe food poisoning from my visit last night. Vomiting, diarrhea, and extreme indigestion accompanied by excruciating pain. I'm a registered nurse and think it was a severe case of salmonella from cross contamination and improperly prepared food. And yet somehow my chicken wings were very overcooked and had to be eaten like jerky. I didn't want to be bothersome so I didn't send it back. In hindsight sight we should've left. It would've stopped my from becoming violently ill. Upon arrival no one sat us for 15 minutes. Another patron even walked by and said "you should just sit down, that's what we had to do". The food here is good. We came here for the two new sauces they just dropped (honey garlic and buffalo ranch) and their BOGO special. On a Tuesday this place was busy! Mind you that there was a non-stop storm on the day of our visit, but apparently that didn't deter the customers, as it didn't deter us. We had to wait for a long time for our order, but our waitress was super nice and friendly, and we understand that how busy a restaurant is could affect the speed of service. So it was all good. We got a total of 30 wings and went with 6 sauces: the new honey garlic and buffalo ranch, plus Nashville hot, sweet BBQ, Asian zing, and spicy garlic. My favorite of these six flavors was the Nashville hot and buffalo ranch. But I actually liked all of them. But if I had to pick my least fave, I would go with the Asian zing, just because it was a bit too ginger-y for me. The presentation of our order was super nice. I am absolutely disgusted with the order I received from here. THERE WAS A FOOD LABEL AT THE BOTTOM OF MY QUESO! This has to be the most insane thing I've seen. Not to mention I ate almost the entire queso before reaching the label at the bottom. If this mistake was made, imagine the other unsanitary mistakes that were made. The constant issues with this place are ridiculous. Last Super Bowl we ordered wings and scheduled the pickup time. This was done the a day ahead of time. When we arrived there were lines of people waiting and no one was getting what they ordered on time. We left and my husband went back 1.5 hours later to get our food. Our son and his friends eat here fairly often. When he took his Girlfriend for the first time the food was hardly seasoned and seemed like it had been sitting around for a while. No one checked to see if things were ok or not. Now, we had a mobile order today for traditional wings and fries combo ($17.29) and when we got home he had boneless ($9.99). This exact same thing happened the last time I took him here, but he had checked before we left and had the order fixed.
