Things are definitely getting better. Before this last time I swore we would never go again, but with the AYCE deal we couldn't resist trying. We were seated right away. Pretty lucky since it was before a playoff game. Our server was very cool. Wish I remembered his name, but he took great care of us. Kept things going until we were stuffed. We started with 10 wings and a side of fries. I tried 2 different flavors and they both were good. The wings were fried well and of good size. If the service and food stay this good, this will be a great place to come back for sports games.

Nachos - super dry, lacked toppings

Went here with a couple friends to watch a game on a Sunday around noon. There were other groups but it was nowhere near crowded or even busy. With that said, service was very slow and our server was very short with us, curt even. We ordered wings, nachos, fries, and drinks. Ordering drinks at the beginning was quick but it was quite a while before our server came back to take our food order. We did like the wings and fries but the nachos were insanely dry. Just the top layer of chips had toppings, but there was barely any cheese. Would never order them again. I would get wings again but only if I have time to spare and a game to watch. We got Caribbean jerk, Asian zing, buffalo (dry), and lemon pepper (sauce). My favorite were the Asian zing (nice kick), followed by the Caribbean jerk (a bit clovey/cinnamony). I think I'd rather have Buffalo sauce and lemon pepper dry if I were to get those flavors again.

Geo the manager was great at helping his staff be seated and take orders. He let us know he wasn't our waiter but assisting as the place was busy due to the Warriors game being on. Not only did he ask us but another manager named Terese's asked us if we are doing okay and needed anything. Geo was helping at the bar, cleaning tables, checking on tables. He was doing what a manager should be doing.

Two large wedge two diff times and 1/3 full, is this the standard? Why charge $8 for a large when it's a $2-3 size?

Ordered large potato wedge twice and despite it being a large, barely 1/3 full. So confused why they skimp so much??

The missed ones are usually due to slower service but still okay versus other restaurants I had been to. Yesterday we were here again and the service was fantastic! Our server, Anthony, was very personable. He is obviously genuinely nice because he showed the same kind of energy across the tables he attended to. We asked him about specific details of the menu and he obviously knew the menu by heart. We ordered the chicken nachos, among others, and we enjoyed it better this time because we were able to "customize" it to our liking because he was able to enumerate to us the ingredients so we were able to exclude those we didn't like. The temperature inside was very refreshing coming from the high heat outside.

The first time I came I ordered the lobster garlic noodles and they were really tasty, lots of lobster and even had leftovers for lunch. My kids both liked their food- one ordered the pizza kids meal and the other the sliders. There was a few mishaps on the first visit, some of the people in our group waited a while to get their food and we ask for condiments twice before we got them, but hey it was busy and we were a large group. On my second visit I order the fish and chips and they were good, fish was crispy and again, the serving was huge! My kids ordered the same thing on our second visit and they had no complaints. Both times we were seated fast. It is a sports bar and it does get busy and loud so if that's something you don't like, maybe skip it or request to sit outside! I would come here again!

The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor, clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. From the first bite to the last, it was obvious that a lot of care and creativity goes into the menu. Whether you're there for a full meal or just a quick bite, there's something that will impress. What truly stood out, though, was the service(Nathan, Franchesca, and Sharin). The staff were attentive without being overbearing, friendly without feeling forced, and genuinely committed to making sure every guest had a great experience. It's rare to find a team that works so seamlessly together while maintaining such a welcoming attitude. I will be coming back here many more times!

The staff has consistently been friendly, accommodating, and quick with service. I also enjoy their whiskey club, but even if you don't join it, they have every bottle available for purchase or drinks at the bar. And some of those bottles were highly rated and very hard to find. Their burgers are tasty and juicy and they bring new versions out that are usually pretty imaginative. Overall, we really like Eureka for its atmosphere, burgers, whiskey, and beer. Interior: medium sized dining room that leads to a larger bar area in the back. Most people were in the bar area. Staff: friendly and helpful. Shared responsibility of the bar and dining room for our waiter so service was a bit slow but understandable as we were 1 of two tables in the dining area and the bar area was hopping. Food: a real down home feel. The food tasted fresh and not packaged or canned. Had a simple cheeseburger, bowl of chili, and nachos. Between the two of us. Food tasted great. Chili was full of meat and flavor. Burger and bun was amazing. Nacho chips were light and crispy with adequate toppings. Talked with a woman who I think was the owner and she told us that nearly everything including bread and buns are homemade and the chili was her mom's recipe (slightly modified) We will come back for sure Real score of 4.5 stars but I'm not gonna drop a full star. I thought both orders would come with the pickled radish, but we only got one, which isn't the biggest deal. I do like their pickled radish because it was refreshing and it had a bit of sweetness to it, which is different from another large chain Korean fried chicken restaurant. We also ordered a diet coke, but ended up getting a canned diet pepsi (was for some reason thinking it was going to be in a cup). The honey wings were really good, other than honey, there was no other sweetness which I'm glad about...I liked the natural flavor, and it wasn't overly saucy. The Mr. Lee wings had some jalapeno and red onion pieces and it had something like a soy glaze taste to it. The chicken wings weren't completely crunchy, but they had a bit of a crisp and chew to it from the batter, which I enjoyed. The batter was definitely different from other large chain restaurants, but it was delicious! The restaurant was pretty empty at the time we went, but very spacious.
