We like Buffalo Wild Wings to catch a game with some fried pickles and chicken wings. They have cold drinks on tap, a good beer selection, and have attentive servers. The decor is casual sports bar with lots of TVs. If you download the app, you can order takeout, regular promotions are available. The wings are consistently crispy, not dry, with over 20 flavor options. This location is always clean, well stocked, and lots of parking available. You'll have a good time, and enjoy some delicious wings! read more

Went here last Thursday around 930 I go here quite often for the buy 1 get 1, there's usually the same staff too and service has been relatively fine However that night I'm not sure what was happening but service was soo slow. There was a pretty good amount of staff (or what felt like it) None of the regular crew besides one, but it wasn't super busy and most of the bar area was empty-save for maybe 2-3 other parties. We ordered, i got a 12 piece and my friend got a 20 piece. Mine came out first and it was a little cold. Small pieces of chicken, some were just like little left over batter pieces. I got honey bbq and lemon pepper (the new seasoning is good) There was barely any sauce on it and it was boneless so I think those really need the sauce more. My friend was waiting for his food for probably 10-15 mins after mine. The waitress didn't tell us there was a hold up and when i finally flagged her down she said she already knew. That the chef was making a fresh batch (which explains why I felt like mine was cold and the scraps) He finally got his food and he said it was good, his pieces were definitely bigger and looked fresher. All in all, i felt like either my waitress or more staff members had no sense of urgency so im disappointed. And my wings came out dry. read more

I came to Buffalo Wild Wings expecting wings and a decent dining experience. Instead, I got a lesson in coupon mysteries and patience. My husband and I ordered wings expecting the Buy One, Get One Half Off deal, only to find out afterward that it only applies to bone-in wings--not boneless. Apparently, that tiny detail was too valuable to share before we ordered. A quick heads-up from our waitress would have saved us some disappointment. Speaking of our waitress, getting our order taken seemed to be lower on her priority list than just about everything else. We were dining with another group of friends, and it definitely felt like they received the VIP treatment while my husband and I were left wondering if we had somehow become invisible. When we asked about coupons, the explanation was basically, "Use the app." No help on how to redeem them, where to find them, or anything remotely useful. Just "the app." Thanks, I guess? The wings were fine, but the service left a lot to be desired. If you're looking for great customer service and clear communication about promotions, you might have better luck flipping a buffalo wing and seeing which side it lands on read more

Like all Buffalo Wild Wings, this one is no different. I had high hopes when I first went there but it was because it was super early and empty. Service actually started off strong, appetizers and drinks came out decently quick. But as more people came in, I didn't even see my server for 30 mins. The other server came by the tables around me very frequently and tables that ordered after us with that server got their food first. We never got our drinks after that and kept having to remind her. It was close to impossible to even get the check. I'm always hesitant to try anything other than wings and some of the apps, but they had a deal on the burger so I decided to give that a try. The burger itself was decent. The normal fries were extremely stale and we didn't eat it. So, another typical Buffalo Wild Wings. Slow service and mediocre food. The plus are the TVs and happy hour specials. read more

I like Buffalo Wild Wings so we came here with a group and I noticed it only had 2 stars. We walked in and there was plenty of space, started off with the hostess, who is your typical Gen Z "what do you want?" Type of an attitude. Deep sigh's through the nose and the vibe was we were bothering her. No smiles no hello's. Either a bad day for her or normal behavior...I have no idea. Seated at a table and the waiter was responsive and got drink orders fairly quickly. We ordered and the food came out fairly quickly, but some of then orders came out a bit wrong. Then it got a bit busy and our server vanished. I can only guess that they were understaffed or something. We had to flag someone down for almost everything. No refills no napkins, etc. what I do enjoy about Buffalo Wild Wings is the pricing is good. We drank a decent amount and the cost was surprisingly good. Wings are always solid, but much of the other items are a bit salty. That's pretty typical for chain restaurants tho. 3 stars for cost, availability, and wings. -2 for the service tho. Waiter wasn't terrible just very unavailable, hostess just doesn't seem like a pleasant person. After reading other reviews they all seem to have a bad experience with a female worker, I'm wondering if it's the same person. read more

Tried to call in a take out order. I answer after trying for 20 minutes. Had to order in person. Person at register acted like she did not want to be there. Absolutely no sense of customer service. Used the restroom after placing my order and it was FILTHY!!! One urinal out of order. Paper towel dispensers empty. Sink... DISGUSTING! Would not want to return to this particular restaurant. Hoping the food doesn't disappoint. Paid enough for regular wings either ranch. Will update if food is bad. read more

I didn't want to watch the Warriors game or the Niners game on my own tv so I decided to head out and watch it in a restaurant. Pro tip: game days or at least 49er game days, come here early. The hottest told me that people come in as early as 3pm. I ordered the trio chip thing which had queso, guac, and salsa. I also got 6 bone-in mild chicken. I had water and Pepsi as my drinks. I had the cheesecake with no caramel sauce. I was attended to by two servers. One only helped me from the beginning to my appetizer and he was wonderful. After he clocked out, I was helped by this other lady who was slammed by so many customers but she was great too. The queso was delicious, the guac was good, but I wish the salsa had more of a kick to it. The chicken was good. I didn't like what ranch they used. I wish there was more sauce on the chicken. The cheesecake was incredible. I'd buy the whole cake if I didn't have to worry about sugar intake. Lots of tvs all around showing the 49er game. I was gonna ask for the tv I was looking at to be the Warriors game but I didn't need to. They turned it on anyways. The restrooms were disgusting. Every stall had no toilet paper. There was tissue on the floor and it was sticky. Ever feel dirty going into a room? Yeah that was me into this women's restroom. 3.25/5 read more

Well, tried calling in to place a small order. The message sent me to...hang up. Drove to the location to place the order and explained this to the take out person. She clearly didn't give a crap and didn't know what the number was. Fix your sh*t, B Dubs Also, towels dispensers in the men's room not working. Place is looking sloppy read more

Things are definitely getting better. Before this last time I swore we would never go again, but with the AYCE deal we couldn't resist trying. We were seated right away. Pretty lucky since it was before a playoff game. Our server was very cool. Wish I remembered his name, but he took great care of us. Kept things going until we were stuffed. We started with 10 wings and a side of fries. I tried 2 different flavors and they both were good. The wings were fried well and of good size. If the service and food stay this good, this will be a great place to come back for sports games. read more

We came the day before Christmas for lunch. Service was fast and the waitress was super nice. Great service. Food was decent. Wings and onion rings were just warm. Went here with a couple friends to watch a game on a Sunday around noon. There were other groups but it was nowhere near crowded or even busy. With that said, service was very slow and our server was very short with us, curt even. We ordered wings, nachos, fries, and drinks. Ordering drinks at the beginning was quick but it was quite a while before our server came back to take our food order. We did like the wings and fries but the nachos were insanely dry. Just the top layer of chips had toppings, but there was barely any cheese. Would never order them again. I would get wings again but only if I have time to spare and a game to watch. We got Caribbean jerk, Asian zing, buffalo (dry), and lemon pepper (sauce). My favorite were the Asian zing (nice kick), followed by the Caribbean jerk (a bit clovey/cinnamony). I think I'd rather have Buffalo sauce and lemon pepper dry if I were to get those flavors again. read more

I am extremely disappointed with our experience. Sixteen members of our family ate food from this establishment, and many of us became sick afterward with symptoms consistent with food poisoning. What was supposed to be a family gathering turned into a very stressful and unpleasant situation, with several people experiencing stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Food safety should be a top priority for any restaurant, and this experience has left us very concerned about the handling and preparation of the food. Having so many people become ill after eating the same meal is unacceptable. I hope management takes this matter seriously, investigates what happened, and makes the necessary changes to prevent other families from going through the same experience. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this establishment. read more

Geo the manager was great at helping his staff be seated and take orders. He let us know he wasn't our waiter but assisting as the place was busy due to the Warriors game being on. He was doing what a manager should be doing. read more

Went here at my daughter's request. Just as anticipated extremely slow service. Seems to be the theme at every BWW I have been too and it wasn't even packed We all got our food but my kids wings came out 15 after we all finished our food. Some "mixup". Our hatch queso appetizer was trash. The cheese was cold. Half of the chips seemed burnt. They seriously took it back and microwaved it. Probably the last time I waste my money at BWW to be honest. 5 Stars - Mila is a legit superstar at this Concord BWW! I'm a total Buffalo Wild Wings regular, BDubs Rewards member who hits up spots all over the Bay Area, but this Concord location is my home base. I come for the deals, the points that stack up, and the decent prices, especially on Tuesdays when I always roll in for the BOGO traditional wings. The food and drinks are usually solid for what you pay, but let's be real, you can't have it all. With those cheap wings and rewards, service is normally miserably slow and the staff gets sassy or gives you attitude when you ask them to actually punch in your rewards number for the discounts. I've come to expect it, so I usually just plant myself at the bar or do take out orders occasionally. But the last couple visits? Total game-changer thanks to Mila. First time my group got seated in her section. She was on it from the jump, every order spot-on, she grabbed my rewards info and stacked every deal I wanted without any eye-rolls, and she did the whole thing with this big genuine smile. Service was so ridiculously good I actually pulled her aside and said, "This is the best we've ever had here, and we've got tons of visits to compare it to." She just laughed it off and kept killing it. She's a great conversationalist! Next trip I was all set to hit the bar like always (Pablo's my go-to guy back there and he's solid), but I spotted Mila up front and we straight-up pivoted to beg for a table in her section. Boom, she was ours again and it was just as awesome the second time. I basically never write Yelp reviews, especially for chains, but Mila earned this one on top of her tip. She's an absolute shining star in a place where good service feels like winning the lottery. Management, if you're reading this, I hope you see it and give her the praise she deserves. The rest of the team could seriously take notes (well except for Pablo, he's great too). Mila, keep doing exactly what you're doing. You turned a cynical Tuesday wings guy into someone who's actually excited to sit at a table. You're the reason I'll be back to Concord even more. Go Mila!!! You're the MVP. read more

Well I see now why your average rating is a 2. Worst experience with your restaurant and app. My order was over 45 late. I ordered through your app because I knew the place would be packed due to NFL playoff games. The app had me choose the pickup time. Unfortunately you missed an opportunity to earn a new customer, but blew it completely. Not offered a discount, or even a beer for the delay. Guess I'm going to Wing Stop next time. read more

My family and I came here over the weekend and the experience was horrible. We did the endless appetizers and ordered 2 kids meals and a regular entree. The appetizers took FOREVER. I guess they are endless but unless you have time to wait about 30 minutes between orders it's a waste. My kids never got their kids meal drinks. We had to ask several times for more water and even with multiple people at the table the waitress only brought one. When the bill came the waitress charged us for the more expensive endless appetizers even though we didn't order it nor did we order anything from it. To top it off I got sick from the food and spent the rest of my night throwing up. HORRIBLE to say the least read more

Severe food poisoning from my visit last night. Vomiting, diarrhea, and extreme indigestion accompanied by excruciating pain. I'm a registered nurse and think it was a severe case of salmonella from cross contamination and improperly prepared food. And yet somehow my chicken wings were very overcooked and had to be eaten like jerky. I didn't want to be bothersome so I didn't send it back. In hindsight sight we should've left. It would've stopped my from becoming violently ill. Upon arrival no one sat us for 15 minutes. Another patron even walked by and said "you should just sit down, that's what we had to do". Our servers were not friendly but we made sure to tip well because we understand people depend on their wages. The manager even walked past a napkin I had dropped and didn't even bother to pick it up. Don't come here unless you want to get sick. read more

This last visit was a lot better! We went on a Tuesday around one P.M. ..Maybe new leadership? The server was doing a great job with timing and got our order correct. The food here is good. We came here for the two new sauces they just dropped (honey garlic and buffalo ranch) and their BOGO special. On a Tuesday this place was busy! Mind you that there was a non-stop storm on the day of our visit, but apparently that didn't deter the customers, as it didn't deter us. We had to wait for a long time for our order, but our waitress was super nice and friendly, and we understand that how busy a restaurant is could affect the speed of service. So it was all good. We got a total of 30 wings and went with 6 sauces: the new honey garlic and buffalo ranch, plus Nashville hot, sweet BBQ, Asian zing, and spicy garlic. My favorite of these six flavors was the Nashville hot and buffalo ranch. But I actually liked all of them. But if I had to pick my least fave, I would go with the Asian zing, just because it was a bit too ginger-y for me. The presentation of our order was super nice. They put all 30 wings in one tray and threw in some carrot and celery sticks. I would go back again for sure. read more

It's a place to experience familiar food and atmosphere. Things weren't outstanding but they weren't bad. It was mid-afternoon and not busy, but service was still slow. Prices are rather high for the food quality, and there's an upcharge for everything (i.e., $0.75 for a little cup of hot sauce for a sandwich). In the end, I was nourished, but not amazed. I knew that going in, and thus, why it's a 3 / average rating. read more

Ok, the staff needs to be drug tested because the waitress Maria just had a staring contest with me for 10 minutes. Something is definitely wrong at this location. The constant issues with this place are ridiculous. Last Super Bowl we ordered wings and scheduled the pickup time. This was done the a day ahead of time. When we arrived there were lines of people waiting and no one was getting what they ordered on time. We left and my husband went back 1.5 hours later to get our food. Our son and his friends eat here fairly often. When he took his Girlfriend for the first time the food was hardly seasoned and seemed like it had been sitting around for a while. No one checked to see if things were ok or not. Now, we had a mobile order today for traditional wings and fries combo ($17.29) and when we got home he had boneless ($9.99). This exact same thing happened the last time I took him here, but he had checked before we left and had the order fixed. Not sure why orders aren't checked for accuracy before being given to customers. read more

I have given this location three chances, and each time was worse than the last. My son and I visited on three separate occasions, and all three times, there was no one at the host stand to greet or seat us. We waited patiently, but no staff member ever acknowledged us. It felt like we were completely invisible. For a restaurant that's supposed to be a go-to spot for casual dining, the lack of customer service is unacceptable. It's not just frustrating--it's outright disrespectful. We ended up leaving each time because we couldn't even get someone to help us. If you're looking for good service or even basic acknowledgment as a customer, I strongly recommend going somewhere else. Buffalo Wild Wings in Concord has been a total disappointment, and I will not be returning. Save your time and money. It's obviously being mis-managed. read more

I am absolutely disgusted with the order I received from here. THERE WAS A FOOD LABEL AT THE BOTTOM OF MY QUESO! This has to be the most insane thing I've seen. Not to mention I ate almost the entire queso before reaching the label at the bottom. If this mistake was made, imagine the other unsanitary mistakes that were made. Were the cooks even wearing gloves? I called the restaurant to inform the manager of what happened, all he had to say was "I completely understand why you're upset." No solution to the problem, no compensation, no emotion. I hope the manager sees this post! He needs to speak with his staff and RAISE THE STANDARD FROM BELOW MINIMUM!!!!!! Someone could have choked on this and I hope to god we don't get sick. I will be contacting my lawyer if I get food poisoning. DO NOT GO HERE OR ORDER FROM HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!!!! read more
