For a mall food establishment my family & I were not disappointed at all. My mother had carne asada tacos & she rated them to be 8/10 only because they were too greasy for her liking. My father ordered the carne asada super nachos which rated an 8/10 as well just because he preferred regular cheese over the nacho cheese. Both of them said that the meat was delicious! I had the quesabirrias i also rate them 8/10, i felt like the consume needed a pinch of salt to be that much tastier! Their jamaica agua fresca was refreshing. The food court seating is either almost empty or extremely packed just depends on the day that you go! read more

It comes with beef, rice, beans, cheese, onions, tomato, cilantro, lettuce, salsa, guacamole, roasted corn and sour cream. One of the few food court choices you have here at Sun Valley. You have pizza, Korean hot dogs, Korean food, burgers, Philly cheesesteaks and this location. I just ordered the steak burrito and it was pretty good. There was plentiful for me to get two servings out of eat. I first tasted their food at an event they catered, the chicken fajitas were delicious along with the sides they provided (rice, beans, salsa) but I really became a fan when I stopped by their location! Terrible customer service and food. Came here 9/21/24. Purchased a burrito and burrito bowl (based off picture on menu) which was totally misleading. They advertised it as a chipotle oval bowl but served extra small portions in a round plastic to go Tupperware dish. For $13 plus tax this was a ripoff. The bowl barely had any rice or meat in it. Mostly loaded with lettuce pico and salsa. I tried to ask them why do you advertise falsely on menu but rob customers by charging $13+tax! I even asked can they put my bowl ingredients to make it a burrito since my bowl cost more and they refused. They refused to make right with a customer and refused to give me my refund! I threw my pathetic bowl in the trash! I'm furious I wasted my money here! Save yourself the trouble and disappointment. They didn't compromise to make things right. A nice gentleman by the name of Felix took my order and a very friendly lady by the name of Anny started my food. I ordered regular tacos and also tried their super taco, which is a handmade tortilla taco. All items looked fresh and made in front of me. Great experience for a 1st timer. Will eat here again. The sandwich was bland but tasted burned and made me nauseous and the "guacamole" was just blended avacado and lime, it was watery and bitter. This place is a joke. The food is ok. But the owner is so stingy. I asked for and paid $1.50 for extra cheese on my super burrito. I also left a 20% tip on my order which was almost an extra $4. And she barely put any cheese on it. I asked her if I could have some more cheese. And she said that was extra cheese and closed the burrito while giving me attitude about it. I was watching her make orders and the person before me got the same burrito, but without extra cheese. And it was the same amount of cheese. So clearly it was not extra. When she closed it. The Super Burrito was tasty but was only about the size of a regular burrito by other restaurants' standards. Additionally, the cashier, had a bothered attitude when she took my order. When finished, she rudely pointed to the printer for me to get my receipt. On top of that, when my order was ready, she handed me my food while looking away with an annoyed look in her eyes and without saying a word.
