Pleasantly surprised by the meal here - certainly not top tier BBQ but it's a solid choice in the area. Ordered the two meat two sides plate - brisket came with some thin and fatty slices and nice seasoning, not too smoky. The pork belly burnt ends were great and tender. There's 4 diff bbq sauce bottles on the table to choose from. Garlic mash potatoes was fire, I'd skip the Mac n cheese. Ceasar salad was okay, expensive for the portion you get. Their non alc dirty soda (root beer) was great! Servers were attentive, came on a Thursday night.

The restaurant is huge, customer service was good , the food was vey tasty, they have like 4 types of bbq sauces. They have a big variety of options to eat, great selection for all kinds of cravings.

Tri Tip Plate, Side House Salad

i have been to this place a couple times, and it's usually good for the most part! everything i have tried is always yummy which is why i keep coming back lol since i am on keto, i decided to get the tri tip plate with a side of the roasted garlic green beans and a house salad with ranch. the tri tip was cooked perfectly, even my daughter, who is not the biggest meat eater had to steal a few bites from me! the roasted garlic green beans were amazingggggg, like even if i wasn't on a diet, i will be getting those everytime. my only complaint this time was the service. our server did not seem to have much knowledge of the menu and could barely answer the questions we had about it ): we also were never checked on after our food came and had to track him down in order to get our drinks refilled, and we had to ask another server to get us some to go boxes after he kept forgetting to bring them. maybe it was just an off day since the service here is usually great and this definitely will not stop me from coming back!

I've tried Sauced in Livermore but had a better experience at this WC location. We came for a friend's birthday party and got seated at one of their picnic benches for large parties. Food took forever to come out- about an hour after we initially sat down, but we kept ourselves busy with some drinks. We tried the 3 meat combo which came with 2 sides: the brisket, jalapeño cheddar sausage, and pork belly burnt ends were all okay. Not amazing, but not the worst. I actually loved the sides the most- the loaded mash and potato salad were great. We also tried the pulled pork sandwich with waffle fries. The fries were passable, but the pulled pork sandwich? Pretty good...the bread was super soft. The pork itself wMake sure to drizzle an insane amount of sweet BBQ on every bite. Others in our party loved their nachos and rack of ribs. Is this a great BBQ spot? Not really. Does it transport you to Texan BBQ? Definitely not. But it's a spacious restaurant great for families and friends looking for a casual bite.

Lunch Special - Front to back: Brisket, side of green beans, tri tip, side of potato salad.

The honey has been wanting to try Sauced BBQ & Spirits for a bit so we made it a lunch date this week. Sauced currently has a lunch special of $22 that includes two proteins and two sides so I went with the Tri Tip and Brisket and the green beans and potato salad. Everything was delicious! While the brisket was a bit on the fatty side for me it was extremely well seasoned (and our favorite) and the tri tip was cooked to perfection! A couple neutrals were that our patio table was rather dirty (but looked clean until you wiped it) and the charge for a fountain soda was a bit on the high side. All in all, the service was professional and helpful and the food came out quickly, so I would absolutely come back for lunch!

In the mood for barbecue and Sauced didn't disappoint. Brisket and ribs were the best. Sausages were a bit dry but cornbread is consistent. Service was good and restaurant was lively with the Giants game on. Would return next time in area.

I was really surprised by this place! My friend recommended it & we actually followed through! You will enjoy the place especially if you have little ones on 2 or 4 legs! I was a little skeptical after reading the yelp reviews and here's what I can say: I ordered the Carolina pulled pork sandwich & loaded garlic mashed potatoes, I was able to try the cornbread as well. I enjoyed my food! I felt like it was a large amount of pork, well cooked, soft, not overly salted.. I saw comments saying the meat is dry... I'm very confused how the meat can be dry when there's very clearly 4 LARGE bbq sauces to pick from & you're free to add as much as you like on your food. I unfortunately didn't try all sauces, I stuck with sweet & tangy. I loved how the cornbread had actual pieces of corn in it! My friend ordered the cheese burger & waffle fries with seasoning (I loved the brown sugar added) the burger came as a double but she said it was very tasty! The garlic mashed potatoes were perfect I mean there really isn't anything to complain about. Our service was a little slow/ distracted which was concerning because we came at a time when there was no one inside the restaurant. Other than that I was so happy I went again the next day to the Livermore location and had excellent everything! Thank you sauced!

My side as and loaded fries 9/10 on 12/30/24

The Dude and I came here on 12/30/24 to celebrate his birthday, and let me tell you--this spot *understood the assignment*. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience feel personal and special. I kicked things off with a watermelon cucumber cocktail. It was a little sour to my liking but drinkable. Would not get again. The Dude's Old Fashioned was smooth, bold, and perfectly mixed with a classic twist of orange he shared. The mac and cheese had potential it was not creamy, rich, you would expect as it appear reheated. But it was good. The cheese waffle fries was the STAR the whole experience as it was crispy, cheesy, and loaded with savory chili that made each bite unforgettable. The BBQ platter which the dude said stole the show. The smoked sausage with that deep, smoky goodness, he said it perfectly seasoned wings, and a side of thick-cut, golden waffle fries. And the cornbread he said was tasty with whole bits of corn moist, and buttery with the perfect golden crust. Since it was The Dude's birthday, they surprised us with deep-fried Oreos served with ice cream and a candle! On the house. Oreos were warm, gooey, and dusted with powdered sugar, paired beautifully with creamy vanilla ice cream drizzled in chocolate sauce. It was the perfect celebratory touch. I enjoyed the rustic, cozy, and laid-back with a Southern charm. This wasn't just a meal but it was a birthday experience done right. Amazing service, yummy food food, and a personal touch that made the whole day special. We'll definitely be back for another bite especially happy hour for those fries!

6/15/24 I had my trial wedding hair appointment scheduled for that afternoon, so we went to get some lunch beforehand. We had to park pretty far since downtown Walnut Creek always seems to be busy. It was a 15 minute walk, but it was nice out. When we got there, the restaurant was packed. We were able to get a shady table outside with Coco. Sarah was our server that day and she was very kind. Here's what we got: - Shrimp po boy with a side of garlic mashed potatoes (mine) - 6 wings and 4 ribs with a side of house salad (his) We waited 30 minutes for everything to come out. The wait was worth it though since everything tasted great. I will say though that the po boy sandwich was on smaller than I would have liked. I still enjoyed it though; the shrimps were fairly large and not overcooked. The lettuce and tomatoes were a nice cold and crisp contrast to the fried shrimp. The bread did not hold up well because it fell apart after 2 bites. The garlic mashed potatoes were buttery and full of garlic flavor. Zach said he enjoyed the ribs and wings. As I've mentioned before, BBQ isn't my go to cuisine, but Sauced BBQ and Spirits didn't disappoint!

2 Meat Combo -burnt ends, brisket, potato salad, mac & cheese and cornbread
    Danielle W.

This is regarding the take out only. The food is just okay. I got the 2 meat plate with burnt ends, brisket, potato salad and the mac & cheese. I also got a small side of cornbread. The meat was just okay. I'm not sure I'd necessarily consider the burnt ends actual burnt ends as some pieces were very fatty without any char to them, pretty underwhelming. The brisket was pretty good but again not excellent or even that notable. The mac & cheese was super oily and not something I would get again. The potato salad was probably the best thing out of everything and the only thing I'd go back for. The cornbread I thought was too sweet, but if you like sweet (and slightly sticky) cornbread you may enjoy it a lot. I had gotten the tin roof and pig candy sauces on the side, the containers were not even a quarter of the way full (and they're small containers as well) so that was disappointing.

BBQ 2 Meat Combo : Sticky Ribs - 4 Bones & Carolina Pulled Pork with Waffle Fries & Mac n Cheese Drink: Mezcal Mango Margarita
    Jazmin G.

For the 2 combo meat plate, i really enjoyed the ribs with the hot bbq sauce on top. You cant go wrong with waffle fries. However for the mac & cheese I've had better & the pulled pork had to much fat. As for the drink i highly recommend. My bf got the sandwich, he rated it 7/10, said it was bland in taste as well as the chili cheese fries. The service was great, food came out quickly.

Our family of four came here on a Monday around 3:30pm. The food was good, but it is all insanely over priced. $37 for a two meat plate? At hazy bbq in Danville you can get a family meal for that price. My husband and I opted for the small nachos ($19!) and split a burnt end sandwich (over$20) and it doesn't come with coleslaw, you have to pay an additional dollar for it- and there was not $1 worth of coleslaw added to my sandwich. Our kids each had the kid meal, one with a cheeseburger and another with mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese came in a tiny side cup but the cheeseburger was a good size and both my kids loved it. I attempted to ask the server if i could get a kid cheeseburger a la carte. They first said they would need to charge me for an entire meal but then said they would check. When they came back they had completely forgotten and dropped off the check. It's open and spacious and there are tvs everywhere. Just beware if there is a game on they will randomly start blasting the sound with no warning so loudly that you feel as though you are at the game. I've been coming to sauced for years and used to go to the original in Livermore a lot. The prices have always been high but were manageable. Now they are just astronomical for what you get. Food is good but not that good. Not sure I'll be here again.

This is some sort of meat looks pretty rough...

Food quality has dropped.. I've eaten here before, and it was delicious. I ordered to go meal to meat combo two of them. I received one of #2. And it was the wrong meat. It was this. See pic Called to tell them that the order was wrong . The person on the other end of the phone told me the manager was not in and he would call me back. I was thinking 5 to 10 minutes... he's never called me..... in the industry it's called cutting the fat,, retraining the people that are good and letting go of the people that can't communicate or get the order right or call the customer when the order is wrong.

I gave big tips when I could afford them to the bartenders that always would see me and pour a drink for me without asking even on a packed weekend night. I met new friends, said goodbye to old friends, and got to know a handful of bartenders that trusted me enough to open up about their personal lives. During Covid, I did my best to support as much as I could have. When it was closing time, I never lingered. When it was someone's birthday; I always sang. The number of patron's I was able to make laugh was many. The number of younger 20 something's I chatted with and asked questions about their life goals and future plans, while offering some perspective to help out was plentiful. The number of older folks that were lonely, or couples that were bored, I tried my best in engaging conversation and listening and conversations with them were countless. However, when an off cuff comment on a quiet Wednesday night, where there were 8 total patrons in the bar, and myself and a buddy were sitting and waiting for a drink after 15 minutes while the bartender chatted with the other five patrons came to ask if we needed anything, and I jokingly commented that, yes, we've been waiting for only 10 minutes, I was told I am not allowed at Dan's when this lady is working anymore, it was a slap in the face. I can no longer support a place that could care less about allowing a newer bartender with massive insecurities to dictate when I can spend money at their establishment. It was a good run, and I appreciate Mike, Chris, Deion, Jose, Derrick, Andrew, Ashley and Lana, along with all of the great people I met there and took great care of me, but it's time to move on and spend my money, time and energy somewhere that allows an insecure employee to dictate when I can patron their business. Adios.

The waitress came back And informed me that their machine ate my credit card. They still expected us to pay nothing, was comped from our meal! The manager later came up and said that if I wanted to, I could talk to corporate. I left my phone number with them as requested. They never called me to inform me about my credit card! The bathroom was dirty, trash overflowing, one of the toilets was fully clogged There are plenty of other bars, go elsewhere. Personally I wont be coming back

Gosh, been coming here for soo many years and never wrote a review. How'd I miss that? Of course,…read morenow that the property has been sold and they're within a few weeks of closing their doors, I get off my duff with a review. Hopefully they can find a local spot but there arent many spaces for the footprint 20 tables and other games need. Our experience was pretty standard. Enjoyed shooting some pool. Caught several games - wish they could vary the screens a bit more. When its a row of 4-8 TVs and they alternate the same 2 games across them, its meh. If they would put a different event on each screen - boom! Beers were cold, wish there were more rotating handles but I also get it. Why change what works - but for me, I like variety. The bar food was pretty decent. Mixed drinkers were strong (at least according to my other half!). Pics - yup, forgot again! Next time :) We'll find them when they reopen and go experience the fun. Hope its soon!
