A 15-20 minute wait from a food truck (and for mediocre food at best, mind you) is not worth the belittling and condescending responses you receive from whoever is angrily working the order & pickup windows. For a $17 plate, telling someone to take their change out of the tip jar themselves, unpreparedness and lack of food actually available from the menu, and a consistently intimidating attitude is not something you'd expect--or want--to have at your event. You are a customer-facing business. Running out of menu items happens, and mistakes happen. What isn't acceptable is treating customers with open hostility. Every interaction felt tense, demanding, and unnecessarily confrontational. The person working the window spoke to us in a condescending manner and gave us an angry, annoyed look throughout what should have been a simple transaction. We left feeling like we were a burden just for placing an order. Good food can make up for a lot, but it doesn't make up for an experience that leaves customers feeling unwelcome. We won't be returning--and will matching their energy by encouraging those around us to plan elsewhere for food options. Do better. Be better. read more

I have to start this review off by saying: as someone who just wants to get their food and go, this is the most welcoming and warming food truck I've been to. Not only did he ensure I had the proper spice level and chicken crispness but he also properly gauged the conversation and provided a warming and welcoming atmosphere experience. The food was amazing. As someone who loves their spicy I would recommend asking for it spicy, the way it comes amazing for those who like a little kick. If you can handle spicy please ask for it mild!! You'll fall in love with the flavor over and over again. It had depth and spice, and as someone who loves spice I am so used to spicy being the only thing present. This dish managed to provide the depth of flavor while also giving that kick. My family and I were able to try their foood at the hercules Cultural festival this weekend and we were so happy with our food. We got the tikka masala chicken naanwich, the crispy chicken naanwich and the loaded fried. Everything we ate was a hit! The fries were so perfectly crispy and really held up well to the delicious sauce. It was all delicious. Only criticism was that the ordering took a long time like maybe they were short-staffed.
