Pita bread was soft, falafel was flavorful, and the veggies added a nice crunch. There was some tahini sauce drizzled on top but I wish there was more of it as the wrap was a little dry! The ratio of falafels to veggie/sauce/bread was slightly off. Fries were included on the side and I'm not a huge fries fan generally but they leaned on the softer side. Overall, I enjoyed my wrap though it was a bit falafel heavy and could have used more sauce.

Prepared with an over easy egg, we sometimes we concern ourselves with how restaurants do the simple things; but I was quite content with how the sandwiches turned out. They were prepared rather quickly, they tasted good and the chef as well as the person attending, the window was courteous and professional. It gets no better than that. Considering it was an outdoor event, the ambience was loud, inviting, but you still feel like your order got the attention it deserved. If you're ever in town and you see their truck make sure you check them out.

They get a third star because of the bar! Now there was only one person working there and that's fine because he could go get a snack or something and come back to pour drinks, but again. The restroom issue. Where does he wash his hands, what if he has a cold and sneezes into them, and so on. That's where my mind went. I will give them credit that the fries tasted fresh but again, I was overall underwhelmed with the whole meal. Truthfully I would have considered giving this place four stars but the total cost of this meal came out to more than $30, which is a bit crazy. I understand we are going through an inflation period but a cheesesteak and fries costing that much is insane. Had the meal blown me away, I would have understood the high price. There may not be many cheesesteak shops in the Bay Area but there are enough where I can compare the quality and price of those shops to this truck. The quality of the sandwiches is definitely similar but the other places are way cheaper. I'm so lucky the lady working the front told me I could do both meats on the fries because I tend to always get pastor but my husband loves steak. I'm always iffy when it comes to steak at restaurants because it can be chewy, but their steak is so soft and tender! Definitely recommend their steak. The French fries with the pastor was my favorite, best nacho cheese fries I've had in a while. The Gordita was a nice crispy texture on the outside from being cooked before adding a nice layer of beans, meat and the additional toppings.

I usually only eat half my sandwiches and save the other half for later, but it was so dang good that I scarfed the whole thing down (and gave myself a stomach ache ofc haha)!
