After searching online, I found Atul at NVpcfix who had great ratings, so I took it to him. Atul looked at it and took his time checking out piece by piece since my computer is very high tech. He first showed me where the report from Best Buy said they updated the Bios, but didn't etc. I liked Atul because he was not one of those Techs who takes your computer and disappears in the back room then come out and gives it back to you. Atul sat down with me and walked me through everything he was doing so I would understand what he was doing. He would put in a new part and then let me take it home and try it out, since my game needs a half Gig of internet speed. I worked with Atul for 3 days until he found the culprit. He had it back to working like a charm. Atul gave me a price upfront and at the end never, waivered from that price. I also appreciate his honesty as he also never tried to sell me parts I didn't need. This flat rate price he gave me for all the diagnostic work he did, ended up the same.
