The most knowledgeable computer repair service I have ever used. Originally went with those horrible Geek squad guys at Best Buy (bad, bad decision!!!). I waited over a week, then went to pick it up and it was still not repaired but my $200 was gone! I was so ticked off! Called this company and they came over to my house and actually fixed my computer in less than an hour! Honestly, I could not believe how fast he was and totally nice too. A few days later I couldn't access a file because I couldn't remember what I called it and I called him and he helped me over the phone- NO CHARGE. Although I was prepared to pay him, he told me to keep the good karma going and let people know about his company and I told him I would. I couldn't believe it, an actual decent, honest computer repair company. I am in Pasadena but he has numbers in the Valley and L.A. so I guess he has offices in other areas. This company is wonderful, better than wonderful- they are so nice and so easy to work with that I could hardly believe how quick they were! I called them after some horrible guy charged me (what he said would be $9.95 an hour, that turned out to be over $200!) and still didn't fix it right and would not make it right! I am a student and desperately need my computer. I called The Computerknight and spoke with this guy who actually began helping me over the phone. Unfortunately I am miserable w/computers so I made an appt. for that day and a guy came over and fixed it lickety split! I got a recommendation for this company from a friend and I called because I had my computer "fixed" twice now, once by a $35 guy who presented me with a bill for $199 and another "dude" who charged me $40 and told me he didn't know what was wrong. Martin came over today (President's day) and fixed it in 45 minutes. I couldn't find much about the Computer Knight until my friend told me they have been awesomely reviewed on Angie's list (but I don't belong), so I thought I would speak about them here and give them more business- he deserves it. If you're looking for a reliable and knowledgeable computer PC repairman - I have the guy.I was having problems getting my Skype to work-- and having some other problems on my computer-- and Martin Knight, came in and in a very nice and efficent manner got everything working.
