Geek squad wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole because of the water and wiring and gas being so close, but Craig's guys did it in a perfectly safe manner without any issue. He also installed an amazing THX style surround sound system mounting all the speakers in the ceiling (and re-wiring what the Pulte M&M Electric guys had done since M&M had set up the TV to be on a completely different odd wall-very annoying). It integrates cox cable, Apple TV, Roku, Blue Ray, and our music library. The video entertainment system can be controlled with our One Harmony remote (no more 5 different remotes and he set up our smart phones/iPad with an app to do it all as well). All the equipment is hidden in the hall closet and laundry room. So simple, my kids can easily use it and my wife loves it. He also set up remaining speakers throughout the house and in the backyard to be on the Sonos system. This system allows us to play completely different music in every room via Pandora, iTunes, Sirius, Amazon Music, etc. At any point the music station or playlist be added to any other room, multiple rooms or played throughout the house. All controlled thru the iPad/iPhone. No knobs on the walls. Yes-my wife can listen to Howard Stern while getting ready in the master bathroom and I can listen to another Sirius station in the bedroom at the same time, and my kids can listen to Kidz Bop upstairs. At any time these rooms can be merged onto the same station to play the same thing at the exact same time. Dynatel also put an intercom system in that is really helpful - has a monitoring feature that we use for our baby and the system works great to page the whole house when trying to get the kids to come for dinner. :) He pricing was comparable to other quotes that we got, but the system/features/package/integration and service that we got from Craig was WAY BETTER!!!!

It is now August 30th, and despite many reminders and follow ups, we still do not have a quote. In one of my last emails to Nick I said "So we don't know if this will take days, weeks or months?" and Nick's response was "Unfortunately, I don't know for sure". Is this on Nick? Probably not as he said he was following up with his programmer. So, who is responsible for providing customers with good customer service? And why couldn't we get an estimated time frame? If you don't even know if it will take days, weeks or months then there is a problem with company processes.

They ran…read moreextra cable for future use where I wanted it, helped me tidy up a lot of messy wiring that was around, and did a nice job using existing can lights so the only holes that had to be cut were in the garage. They were the third low voltage/security camera company I called in Las Vegas, which I found by looking at Yelp reviews. The first company said that they don't really recommend IP cameras, which is insane. The second company said that they only do jobs where they provide the cameras, they don't work with customer provided cameras. Smart Tech was the third I called, and they came out and did a long walkthrough/discussion of the job and provided a free estimate. I think the biggest reason to recommend them is because of all the finishing details they did on all the different aspects of the project. They cut a hole in the garage for access, but they let me give them dimensions for an access panel that I would order and cover the hole with, so I didn't just have a random sized hole to deal with. They terminated all the ends of some extra ethernet cable that wasn't going to be immediately used, they ran extra cable, and a bunch of other miscellaneous extras that really improved the end result over what I would have gotten from another installer.

I am writing to express my outrage regarding the service provided by AceComm. My internet service…read morewas working perfectly fine before your team came out to upgrade a line. Instead of improving my setup, they cut my working line and clogged the existing conduit so badly that a completely new line now has to be trenched in. As a result, I was left without internet service, which is absolutely unacceptable, especially since I run my business from home, and reliable internet is vital to my operations. Not only did AceComm cause this issue, but your team walked away without providing any solutions, leaving me to deal with the fallout. I have to coordinate with my HOA, Landscaping and permits from the city to trench the new line. I have since been informed that resolving this issue could take up to 30 days through Cox, 30 days without internet access caused by AceComm's negligence. To make matters worse, AceComm has offered zero assistance in fixing the problem they created. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is absolutely unprofessional. I am in real estate and keep a vendor list so I will let all my colleges know the complete mess I've been left with due to AceComm!
