The inside is very calming and nice. Value was very good for a good trending shoes. Knu skull vans are trending rn and I got a great price. Came bright and early in the morning and was not greeted by the floor manager who was too busy looking in the mirror. Promptly relayed my issue and was needing to do an exchange. Barely gave an answer as to "go find your size". Was then greeted and assisted by a lovely associate who was very eager on trying to help me find the correct size and shoe. As I was heading over to the cashier to finish the transaction with the floor manager again, he was VERY busy with his paperwork and didn't bother to look up or say "just a moment" or anything. Felt like I was intruding into his store and was more of a bother than anything else. Bring your associate out and handle the floor and atmosphere if you're too entitled to do it. read more

Was impressed by this location...was greeted by Chuck the manager as we came in today and were made to feel welcomed as we shopped. I had been debating buying some of the Kyle Walker Special Edition Coral Snake and Black Vans and decided today would be the day. Unfortunately, they did not have my size but Chuck made sure to have a pair in my size shipped to my house ASAP. We chatted about the store and some of the cool new items. Came in very last minute for some slip ons I intended to get my stepdaughter. Turns out finding a proper fit was going to take a long time, about 30-40 mins I'd say. Bree, one of the store staff members, was SO PATIENT with me during the 15 or 20 times I asked her for a different shoe size. Finally, found a good fit/make/pair of shoes that would fit my step kid just right. Thanks to Bree. She educated me on slip ons and what shoe type would probably work best for the kiddo's foot type. I should probably add that my kids are vastly energetic, hyper, and loud. It would drive the average person just a little insane. I'm not a fan of tying my shoes, that's why I usually go the slip on or sandals route for footwear. It's not that I don't know how to tie my laces, I'm just incredibly lazy. I've been watching the Vans collection for a bit since their new line and patterns were inspired by Star Wars. I got a pair of slip ons during the initial release, but I thought they were too cool to wear, so now they are just sitting on my shelf as a fan boy collectors item. We were at the Mainplace Mall picking up some stuff when I noticed some new kicks on display, this time in the form of Darth Vader. I had to have them. The guy helping us was funny and quick to get my size. There were a few of us trying on shoes in the store and he let everyone do their thing and only jumped into action when someone needed it. Payment was quick and we were on our way. A good shopping experience and I'd consider coming back when I need more shoes. read more

Amazing staff! My friend and I were stuck here in lock down due to a suspected shooter at the mall (turned out to be false) But it was an incredibly scary moment. Everyone hid in the back of the store and the employees were so amazing and well trained. Jacob and Angel were so amazing, professional and calm. They definitely helped put me at ease. I visited this store on Tuesday 12/5 to do some holiday shopping for my teenagers. The store was clean and organized and I was warmly greeted upon entering. I ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes and Tristan was extremely helpful in helping pick out style and they had all the right sizes. Check out was easy and all the staff was friendly. Last time when we purchased, we got two coupons for $25 off each that can be used on $65. The cashier that gave them to us said we can use it together at the same time for at least $65 purchase. However today, our cashier Anthony didn't want to honor what she said. What a disappointment for false advertising. My girlfriend came in here on her lunch break to do some Christmas shopping. She is always really careful about re folding clothes and putting them back where they belong when she shops because she is a retail manager. They were having a sale the day that she went in and she encouraged several of her employees to come down and check out the sale, all of whom bought something, while one of her associates was shopping in the store the manager of vans said "oh do you work at ________? your manager was just in here" she then proceeded to make rude and disrespectful comments towards her and basically said that she had made a mess of her store, which I assure is complete bs, also the comments on physical appearance were interesting, considering the girl making them looks like a troll. Avoid this place unless you want rude remarks made about you when you leave. read more

Visited this store twice. The employees are extremely helpful. But one of the mangers (female) has the WORST attitude and customer service. If you have a return or exchange don't bother coming here, she will make it nearly impossible for you. I thought it was only me who've experience this awful attitude from her, but my friend also had an exchange and she pretty much denied it with an attitude.. AN EVEN EXCHANGE!!! Ridiculous.
