I don't want to hear about some guy you're dating while I'm trying on clothes or even worse waiting for you to finish while I'm standing there wanting to purchase something. I've tried, but I think this is the last time I come here. Customer service is worse every time.

I have never been to this store and still have no clue what the worker was talking about. Ive been a customer for two years and after telling him that he has the wrong guy he doubled and then tripled down that i was the fraudster that did a massive charge back. And throughout the whole interaction i never received an apology. But, It makes sense that the worker wouldn't remember who he was looking out for considering the shop always smells of weed and the employees are always high. Ive grew to love this little store over the past couple years but unfortunately after today myself and my family will no longer be going.

There have been times when I've basically been given personal shopper like service. It was great! But even when I've been here and they're busy I am greeted upon entering and there's always someone who is quick to come over and politely ask if I need help with anything. It's great! I love Penguin clothes. I wear at least 1 piece of their clothing almost every day. And being able to go sopping in person vs online is great. I wish most of their other stores hadn't closed down over the years. But this location is always a must visit when I am in the area. They're always having sales and the inventory is always great. It's hard for me to come here & not pick up at least one thing.

Despite being at an outlet plaza and having signs proclaiming "50% OFF!" I didn't think the prices were much better than a "regular" Banana Republic store, even with the discount. The men's section, like all Banana Republic stores, is much smaller than the women's area. They have a large selection of shirts but not a great variety of pants. But I quickly found a pair which were almost exactly like the ones I had. And in my size! Yay! The woman at the register was pleasant and checked me out quickly. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Double Yay!
