They were quick to tell me they'd only warranty shoes for 30 days after that you own the junk . 30 days may be reasonable for shoes that have been abused by their owners however when there's a defect in the material I don't think 30 days applies . In my entire life I have never had a pair of sneakers of any brand come separated between the soul and the rubber outer band that secures the upper to the soul . There are no signs in the store that say 30 days warranty only. I asked him where is the signage that says warranty ends in 30 days and she said it's on my receipt . I told her that's a hell of a thing to give me a receipt with a notice that my warranty is only 30 days after the fact that I've already purchased the shoes . They should let me know that right up front that we're not going to warranties shoes for quality and workmanship after 30 days . Probably because they are using the cheapest junk shoes that they can find . I would suggest that the shoes that they sold me were probably seconds .

There was plenty of seatings, water bottles available, and the event ran in a smooth, timely manner. Andrea did a fantastic job of organizing the event, and was so friendly to all the guests. She let us know there was 10% extra discount for shopping the same day. Although I did not buy anything this time, I really enjoyed being at Road Runners. She listened to everything I explained, was incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. After using the foot scan machine and seeing the results, she picked out several pairs of shoes and arch supports for me to try. Then she went above and beyond by sitting down and helping put the shoes on for me. In that moment, feeling cared for and supported meant everything because I was truly struggling physically and emotionally. For the longest time I've had hit and miss instances with shoes. I've ended up with ingrown nails that required surgery. I've ended up in even more pain than I probably should be in. Enter my friend reminding me that foot analysis places exist and to "treat myself." I made a free appointment online and Cheri had me stand on a scanner of sorts. First thing that caught me off guard was I'm not a size 7 in everything... I'm an 8 (oops). Second was learning I pronate which makes sense why my ankles need so much support (esp with my health issues). Everything from start to finish was a breeze. Cheri set me up with some Hoka Gaviotas as well as some cute boot/shoe hybrids that already have insoles inside. With my Hokas, Cheri explained I needed to break-in/get used to my new insoles with a 2,4,6 hr rule and now I'm in love with them. Please don't hesitate to treat yourself as well if you find yourself in my position.

There might be a 5 - 15 wait when you come in to be connected one-on-one if you are trying on shoes, but once you do, the confidence you have walking out the door KNOWING you got the right pair for you is priceless and well worth the wait. Not to mention, all the running gear is less than half of what you would pay at Lulu or Vuori and just as good, if not better. They also sell Gels, vests, lights, glasses, insoles and other gear for running and and membership pricing makes it easy since its one of the few shops (Unlike On, for example) that allows you to return after a break in period.
