Jeff, knew exactly the door we had. Then he explained in detail what we had on our hands and even threw in a referral to two locksmiths. I was listening to him, he explain the difference between the two referrals. the budget friendly referral is not budget friendly anymore, but over the phone we liked his customer service over the other. Jeff's expertise was flawless down to him running to his stockroom to provide us the parts. Since we were in a rush to get the job done & be back for a delivery. (new home owners) alert. Jeff is the "Aidan Gillen" of Hardware. But I sure caution: DO NOT use their budget friendly referral. That man doesn't have the expertise for these beautiful complex doors, we ended up replacing the mortis lock (+additional $350), then this budget guy took the wrong measurements of our equipment and shaved down the door tongue pin too far, the replacement cost us an additional $50 and change. Plus their service fee $225. Our business will be back, despite the locksmith experience. Have your own locksmith in hand, hell we found out a family friend is going to give us the family discount now. Just ask, we may even have neighbors who are experts that we can trade trades with. I wanted to share a safety concern regarding the main entrance area of this Home Depot location…read more The pedestrian crossing in front of the store feels very unsafe, especially for families with children. Cars regularly speed through the area without stopping, and the "STOP" painted on the ground has faded so badly that many drivers do not even notice it anymore. I recently witnessed a very scary situation where a child and their parents were nearly hit because a driver failed to stop. This could easily turn into a serious accident if improvements are not made soon. I did try bringing this concern up to an employee, but unfortunately I felt brushed off and dismissed. I'm hoping management takes this feedback seriously because this is truly about customer safety, not just convenience. Refreshing the painted markings and adding visible stop signs near the pedestrian crossing would make a huge difference and help protect customers walking in and out of the store.

The bolts that came with the chair were just too short to connect to the pre-installed nuts on the legs of the chair. I originally went to Lowe's but they did not have what I needed. The employee suggested that I check with So Cal Bolt & Supply, which was right down the street from Lowe's. I came in, showed the employee the original bolt, and described what I needed. He came back a few minutes later with exactly the bolts that I needed. There is currently a $10 minimum which is totally understandable. If you are looking for any type of screw or bolt, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. I would not hesitate to come again.
