Thanks to all the employees who helped me with my home project of replacing all interior doors and casings (Eric, Isabel,Isabella and Joe), I feel obligated to post a review. Eric was incredibly patient with me and if he didn't have an answer to my question, he called someone for the answer. When he wasn't available to help, his coworkers stepped up and took over with the same work ethic and honesty. Some mistakes were made but they took responsibility and made it right. Huge warehouse for all your home needs. Staff was professional and ready to help, pricing was great on many items and higher than other businesses on a few items. Very well organized and fully stocked store. The only issue I had were all the vendors that approached me in the parking lot handling me their business cards for handyman services. I was approached by two such men going in to the store and three on the way out. I get it, everyone needs to work but i definitely felt these men breathing down my back as they all rushed to me trying to get me to take one of their business cards. read more

We've purchased quite a few things here over the last few years and are happy with the price & quality. I recommend coming to CW after visiting the neighborhood home improvement stores to compare products. Sometimes you can find something similar to what you're looking for, and it'll be less expensive or nicer. I've never experienced the service issues other reviewers mention, but we always know exactly what we're looking for, so that may be a factor. read more

super excited when I went there on Saturday got about $1500 of stuff One of the things I had bought and had delivered to my house was a Wood fence After inspecting it I noted several cracks and chunks of wood missing one where you could see clearly through the fence.. I brought it to the driver's attention And he told me he brought it to their attention before it left the warehouse And they said deliver it wow I called and spoke to a manager I think her name was marabelle or something like that Worst customer service ever I explained to her what was going on And she stated to me she saw the fence before it left .I said really then where's the damages at she said the back... When remodeling a bathroom, you need to keep your options open. Sure, you can find pretty much everything you need at your local Home Depot or Lowe's, but it is not a terrible idea to expand your horizons a little bit, and see if you can save a few bucks. HD Supply is one of those places that you should consider. They have a pretty good selection of materials and larger objects that you need for your home. On our recent trip here, we looked at countertops, flooring, water heaters, and cabinets... All of these were found in their aisles and tall shelves, and at prices that are worth comparing to some of those stores you know better. The crew that were working the floor we're not quite as jocular as the staff at say, Home Depot, but to be fair, we were in there on a Tuesday late in the evening... So maybe the guy we ask for help I was in the middle of something? Either way, if you can get past that... Which I did... There are some deals and steals to be found here. read more

The absolute WORST customer service!!!! Honestly the poor customer service doesn't make up for the minimal cheaper prices. There are so many people behind the counter and at the register but nobody on the floor. And when you go to the front to ask for help to the aisle you're waiting in multiple times and still nobody shows after a half hour makes it not worth coming back ever again. I'd rather go to Home Depot or Lowe's at least there's enough helpful knowledgeable employees to help you out. read more

Been coming here for many years and will continue to do so. The drive in material yard is great where you load yourself, get out, then pay. It is definitely faster than Home Depot and Lowe's when you know what you want or need. I see many complaints on customer service but I mainly have a decent experience with everyone. You do see some that don't even look up and greet people as they walk in but that's ok when you're there to buy what you need at very competitive prices. Sometimes it's very quiet there after the morning rush and you can certainly get someone to help if you need it. They all seem knowledgeable in their inventory but if they don't know, they will ask someone that knows. read more

THEY DID ME SO WRONG. I purchased several wooden panels to replace the old fence in the backyard of my property and also paid for it to be delivered. NEVER DO THAT WITHOUT PICKING OUT YOUR OWN PANELS. The 2 guys that delivered them had delivered panels that were warped and bent (AND NEVER USE DAY LABORERS) who's dumb a$$es just pulled them right off the truck (AND NEVER NOT PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY'RE DOING), I thought I had help and was wondering why were the deliverers so helpful when they usually not...and I found out why once I inspected the panels THEN when I called HD Supply in Moreno Valley they just put me on hold and left me there even when I called again and then said that they didn't and wouldn't do that. THEY LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE AND I HAVE I HAVE OTHER PROPERTIES TOO THAT THEY WILL NEVER GET TO CAPITOLIZE OFF OF ANY PURCHASE NEEDED. Stay away from this place. Thieves hang out in the parking lot and will steal you blind while you are shopping. Store managers do not care about reviewing the cameras with the police. When the police finally arrive they will tell you stay away from this store because customers are always getting their vehicles broken into. Don't chance it stay away. I went on an errand to return some items to the main warehouse. At the door, I was cordially greeted (intercom) by a female voice. Told her my mission and she sent out a Staff member to accept my returns and it all took less than 7 minutes. A lot shorter time that I spent there compared to my traveling one hour or so. Very well deserved one star. I go to the special order desk and mind you they have about 5 people waiting and 2.5 worker behind the desk. One guy was helping a customer....you can tell he was very detailed with the customer which is nice then you have the other two a girl (Melissa) and another male employee sitting at he station taking- she kept looking towards waiting and after a few stares from the people waiting she decided to wave us over....no concern whatsoever to help and get people taken care of. I had a water leak in my kitchen, insurance claim with a tight budget. HD provided my flooring and countertop well within my budget! Oh yeah, that's a new window from HD too. The old window used to be where the stove is in the picture. (There's a added bedroom behind there), so we had no natural light. So we switched sink and stove, moved the peninsula against the wall, added new lights (also from HD). My kitchen is completely transformed from what it used to be. All within my tight budget! This one star is to get owner's attention on a rude employee, not because they don't have cute things here for good prices, it's for the way my bf was mistreated when he went in tonight for a purchase. They delayed the process of purchase and wasn't organized. He went in at around 8pm to buy some cute French doors that the price dropped almost $200 because there was some broken parts that chipped. So I sent him to buy it and it didn't fit on his truck so the lady there was rude about it and said who authorized this and we asked to hold on to the door so we find arrangements to pick it up and she said that she will put the money back on the card until we pick it up. What kind of customer service is that? So we stayed until we called a friend to come by with a bigger truck to pick it up which caused stress. The best place to buy things for your home. Today we bought new toilet seats and a screen door. But, we also shopped for new flooring and kitchen cabinets. It's okay. The prices are really good but I question the quality. The store is mostly hardware like you'd find in the big box hardware stores but with off brands. There some real random stuff in here like soccer balls, blue jeans and candy. If you need to rent large tools, they do have an awesome selection. If you have to get some materials to fix or build your house, then you've got to come here. Their prices are about the same or a little less than the other big box stores. Chances are, you will save money. The selection is not as great as the other big box stores, but you'll get what you need, especially if it is the rough items. The finish items are enough, but again, there's more to offer at other stores. They don't pull your order for you if you don't have it delivered by them. This is another difference from the other big box stores that will pull your orders for you off the shelves if you pre-order them. I want to say that the way they load up people's trucks in the front entrance is a hazard. Some guy parked his truck in the front to load up and took up the entire entrance where people walk in. I had to squeeze my cart past his truck and he got all bent out of shape. There has to be a better place to allow customers to load up their trucks than the front entrance. read more
