$14 for this large pot. Sealant already applied when you buy them.

Finally stopped here after driving past this place for a long time. I was looking for a couple of pots and thought they might be expensive. Nope. Great prices and extremely friendly staff! Will be back for sure!

Great place and they are quick to load the material in your truck. So much more cost effective than going to a big box store.

They are customer oriented and have a great selection of materials and supplies. As a contractor in the area, they are my go-to.

    Resource Building Materials

10+ Years of Loyalty Dismissed Over Poor Customer Service and Lack of Integrity…read more I've been a consistent customer of Resource Building Materials for over 10 years, frequently purchasing materials for both residential and commercial projects. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was deeply disappointing and has made me reconsider ever doing business with them again. On June 4, 2025, I purchased epoxy/resin products totaling $1,821.00 for a paver protection project at my home. These products turned out to be incorrect for the job, a mistake made by the contractor I hired. Wanting to resolve the issue properly, I attempted to return the unused and sealed materials on July 1, 2025--only 27 days after purchase, well within a commonly accepted 30-day return window. I spoke with Alexis, and later her manager Diego, who both demonstrated a stunning lack of professionalism. Initially, I was told flat-out that no refunds are allowed, which was surprising considering my long-standing relationship with the company. I calmly asked them to review the disclosures printed on the bottom of the receipt, which clearly state that returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee--not a total denial of return. Once I presented the facts, they pivoted and claimed the return was being denied because the purchase was made "over 30 days ago"--again, not true. I challenged them using the original purchase date and receipt, proving that only 27 days had passed. At that point, their excuse changed again: Diego questioned how they could know if the product hadn't been left outside in the sun. I found this completely unacceptable and insulting. For the record, the product has been sitting untouched in my garage, easily visible, stacked in sealed 5-gallon aluminum buckets. I immediately recognized them as unused materials and attempted to return them before any legitimate window would expire. This felt like an intentional effort to avoid issuing a refund or store credit--completely dismissing my long history of business with them. Rather than owning up to a poorly handled situation, they chose to pass blame, make false assumptions, and contradict their own return policy. There was no accountability, no willingness to resolve the issue fairly, and no appreciation for a customer who's spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years. And for the record, I do not like to leave bad reviews whatsoever. In fact, you can check my Yelp account--I don't leave bad reviews at all. It takes a lot to push me to this point, and for me to take the time to write this, you have to piss me off at least 10 times more than normal. That's how bad it was dealing with Diego and Alexis at Resource Building Materials. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. This is not how you treat a loyal client. If this is the new standard of customer service at Resource Building Materials, I can no longer recommend them--and will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

However, if a single person takes the requisite time to read this review and heeds to what I am about to delineate, the value of this review will have served it's designed intent. First and foremost, if you should decide to go with Rustico Renovations, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING (down to the smallest detail) because, even if David promises you a something (an anything), if it is not in writing, he will claim that his promises were "never part of the contractual deal." In brief, you're screwed! if he asks you to trust him--DON'T!!! His spoken words appear as empty and meaningless as the promises he crafts out of them. David is charming. There is no question about that, but he is a TOTAL shill, dripping with pleasantries and "trust me's" and way many "group hugs" to boot. As aforementioned, get every little detail in writing, because David appears incapable of rising to the crown of his spoken word. A few examples? Oh sure--why not? David promised (in word, not in writing) that our new baseboards would be painted by the subcontractor before they were installed. Not only did I end up having to paint them, in order to move the project along, he charged us for the work I performed, and we had to pay for the paint. The same held true for the wall one of his subcontractors repaired and was supposedly "paid" to paint. Once again, in order to move the project forward, I ended up painting both the wall and the trim, and we had to buy all the paint. Yet, he still charged us for both the paint and my labor. His original "spoken" promise was that of assuring us that the project would only take a week. But then, it got pushed into 2 weeks, due to his mis-measurements and mis-calculations which, once again, we were led to have to pay for. The reason why I ended up painting the baseboards, the better portion of the repair that was repaired and the trim was simply because I did not want his "promise" of 1 week to stretch into 3 weeks, where our project appeared to be heading. When one of his subcontractors discovered a leak behind our pedestal sink, he and I made a deal for him to return back and resolve the problem for $150.00. When David got wind of "our deal", even though it was NEVER a part of the original contract, he not only called up this subcontractor and act to ream his ____, but had the audacity to call me up and demand that I go through him for EVERYTHING. Apparently, David not only thinks he owns his subcontractors, but his customers. Moreover, David ended up charging us 2X's the amount for the repair of the leak and an additional $325.00 to repair the flushing mechanism on our toilet. (We could have purchased a brand new toilet for what he charged us). it is a truly sad tale that you have to go through Rustico Renovations to get at the subcontractors, because their workmanship was rather brilliant. Okay . . . There did appear a few glitches and some inconveniences here-n'-there but, as aforementioned, their workmanship was spot on. Reiterating: Get everything in writing (to the detail). Expect delays. Expect to pay more for David's inability to take proper measurements or live up to his spoken word. If there is a something extra you discover you want fixed or repaired, once you project is set in motion, find a handyman to take care of it at a reasonable cost. Otherwise, you will pay waaaaay more than what the repairs are actually worth. And, good luck with your project!
