When we hit an unexpected issue in the discovery of additional water damage in our home, they were able to think on their feet and help make the necessary changes to the plan. They were busy but always managed to find the time to accommodate our changing situation. The cherry on top was when Jose found an amazing flooring solution to an unexpected issue that we were struggling with in our kitchen. We were faced with the possibility of losing electrical connection for our kitchen island because of a botched job done by the previous contractor but Jose was able to take care of it and still safely install flooring. Lastly, the team cleaned up perfectly after they left. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The work itself is great quality. My husband and I just finished having wood extended from our family room into our kitchen. This…read morejob was incredibly difficult as not only did we have tile in the kitchen but the tile was situated in a circle that sat flush against the wood in the family room. Carpet City did an amazing job removing the tile but to add insult to injury the flooring we used previously changed size down 1/16 of an inch. So, the Carpet City installers Edgar and Axel had to remove some of our old wood and blend in the new wood at the previous circle to make it all blend. Wow is all we can say. The job is perfection. Bassem is the owner of Carpet City and is the kind of businessman we all wish existed everywhere. He is honest, fair and genuinely a great guy.
