The cherry on top was when Jose found an amazing flooring solution to an unexpected issue that we were struggling with in our kitchen. We were faced with the possibility of losing electrical connection for our kitchen island because of a botched job done by the previous contractor but Jose was able to take care of it and still safely install flooring. Lastly, the team cleaned up perfectly after they left. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The work itself is great quality. The quality of the workmanship was horrible! Her home is on a cement slab that obviously was not prepared correctly. You can see and feel bumps all over the floor making the surface uneven.
