I opened the plastic and it didn't work out nothing on the stem indicated wear or use I put it back in the plastic it came it and ended up having to replace the entire thing shower. Went to return it and the gentleman said no without making eye contact and pointed at the sign that said no returns or refunds. Over 12$ they lost any work I would bring to this local plumbing spot. The people working there were so nice and helpful. They did not try to upsell me or make me spend more money than I had. In fact they did the opposite and helped me find something that was very economical for my budget. The place is impressive because they have a huge yard filled with all kinds of different rocks. They have everything from volcanic rocks to ones that look like they belong in Red Rock. They also have huge piles where you can haul rocks away in a truck for larger projects.
